  • Patent number: 7899651
Abstract: In a method for estimating an entrance angle of a V-ribbed belt from a flat pulley to a V-ribbed pulley, the entrance angle is estimated easily at a stage of pulley layout design. The V-ribbed belt 10 forms a track which enters at an entrance angle of approximately zero degree (substantially perpendicular to a plane that includes an axis 3a of rotation) into the flat pulley 3, is wound along the outer peripheral face of the flat pulley 3 without deviating in the axial direction thereof, and extends substantially linearly from a winding end point c at the flat pulley 3 to a winding start point d at a drive pulley 1. The entrance angle ? of the V-ribbed belt 10 from the flat pulley 3 to the drive pulley 1 is obtained on the basis of the track of the V-ribbed belt by, for example, a three-dimensional CAD or the like.

  • Patent number: 7223252
Abstract: A finger-pressure substitutive stimulator comprises a supple, net-like sheet member having many stripe-like projections on one surface thereof and formed of various hard or semi-hard synthetic resin materials. The finger-pressure substitutive stimulator is fixed to the surface of the skin of a human body at a part to be treated using an appropriate fixing means—e.g., commercially available adhesive tapes, bandages, and supporters—or an adhesive sheet fastened to the smooth rear surface of the sheet member; it serves to ease or remove pain by correcting such ailments as rheumatism, neuralgia, shoulder stiffness, lumbago, and visceral disorders. The stripe-like projections pressed against the skin surface provide uniform, sustained stimulation to the peripheral nerves in the human body surface layer over the entire wide region to which the stimulator is attached and effectively correct disorders and abnormalities of the human body, thereby removing or easing pains.

  • Publication number: 20060284344
Abstract: The object of the invention is to find a new configuration, a material, and a manufacturing method of an elastomer keypad provided with a pressing element capable of pressing a switch element with less keystroke loss and clear clicking feeling, and further capable of simplifying processes more than insert molding method which uses the conventional pressing element made of a resin (resin chip). Concave portions 71 and 72 for forming silicone resin pressing elements 41 and 42 which are attached to keypads 2 and 21 are provided at predetermined positions in dies 51, 52, 61, and 62 for manufacturing a keypad; the concave portions are filled with a silicone resin 9 to start hardening; and subsequently the dies are supplied with a silicone rubber material to form keypad main bodies 2 and 21, so that keypads 2 and 21 are obtained with the silicone resin pressing elements 41 and 42 being integrated.

  • Patent number: 7015632
Abstract: The present invention relates to a light source device including discharge tubes that emit light by discharging in a thin atmosphere, a method of producing the light source device, and a display apparatus in which the light source device is employed. This light source device includes discharge tubes and a heat conductive member that is brought into contact with the neighboring area of the electrodes of the discharge tubes so as to locally cool down the neighboring area of the electrodes. In the light source device, a low heat conductivity member having lower heat conductivity than the heat conductive member is interposed between the heat conductive member and the discharge tubes. With such a structure, the luminance in the entire light source device can be increased and made uniform, and the reliability of the light source device can be increased accordingly.
