  • Patent number: 7147802
Abstract: The present invention relates to a plasma display device apt to increase luminance of a phosphor layer and prevent degradation of a discharge characteristic, and to a phosphor used for the device. This plasma display device has a green phosphor having a crystal structure of Zn2SiO4:Mn, and a monovalent oxide is substituted for part of the green phosphor. The monovalent oxide is one or more of lithium oxide (Li2O), sodium oxide (Na2O), potassium oxide (K2O), cesium oxide (Cs2O), rubidium oxide (Rb2O), copper oxide (Cu2O), and silver oxide (Ag2O). This structure allows reduction of oxygen defects occurring in the green phosphor, suppression of the luminance decrease of the green phosphor, and improvement of a discharge characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20060267535
Abstract: A controller for a die cushion mechanism includes: a spring element that is displaced according to force between the die cushion mechanism and a slide; a force instructor that instructs force; a force detector that detects force; and a speed instruction generator that generates a speed instruction of the servo motor, based on a force instruction value instructed by the force instructor and a force detection value detected by the force detector. The speed instruction generator generates the speed instruction by multiplying a force gain by a force difference determined from a difference between the force instruction value and the force detection value. The speed instruction generator changes the force gain, based on a spring constant corresponding value of the spring element determined from a force indicator that works between the slide and the die cushion. With this arrangement, the die cushion mechanism can be controlled with high precision, even when a mechanical characteristic changes.

  • Patent number: 7140940
Abstract: The present invention intends to provide a manufacturing method for a PDP that can continuously apply phosphor ink for a long time and can accurately and evenly produce phosphor layers even when the cell construction is very fine. To do so, phosphor ink is continuously expelled from a nozzle while the nozzle moves relative to channels between partition walls formed on a plate so as to scan and apply phosphor ink to the channels. While doing so the path taken by the nozzle within each channel between a pair of partition walls is adjusted based on position information for the channel. When phosphor particles is successively applied to a plurality of channels, phosphor ink is continuously expelled from the nozzle even when the nozzle is positioned away from the channels. The phosphor ink is composed of: phosphor particles that have an average particle diameter of 0.

  • Publication number: 20060184257
Abstract: In a controller, V axis and W axis for driving a driven body are tilting, not orthogonal to each other. An acceleration detector capable of detecting accelerations in a plurality of directions orthogonal to the driven body is arranged so that W-axis direction may meet Y-axis direction of an acceleration detected by the acceleration detector. An acceleration in the V-axis direction is determined by making calculations from accelerations in X-axis and Y-axis directions detected by acceleration detectors. Based on the determined accelerations in the V-axis and W-axis directions, a position command, a speed command or a current command to servo motors driving the V axis and W axis is corrected. Such correction suppresses the driven body from generation of vibrations.

  • Publication number: 20060184256
Abstract: Disclosed is a controller for detecting need of maintenance, abnormal operation, etc. of a machine attributable to reduction of its strength caused by secular change. Acceleration detecting means are attached to driven elements that are driven by servomotors. Respective processors of axis control circuits for feedback-controlling the positions and velocities of the servomotors perform position and velocity feedback control processing for each position/velocity control period, thereby obtaining current commands, and output the commands to current loop processing. Detected acceleration values af are read from the acceleration detecting means. When the detected acceleration values af are not smaller than a threshold value as, an abnormality signal is outputted, whereupon an alarm is displayed and the machine operation is stopped.

  • Patent number: 7084596
Abstract: A servomotor driving controller capable of highly accurate machining, which prevents a quadrant projection upon change in the quadrant where machining is made. After the position deviation converges to zero by means of learning control, the velocity command or a difference between the velocity command and the commanded velocity which is the derivative of the position command is stored as velocity correction data. Until a predetermined time period elapses from when the sign of the position command is reversed, an amount of correction for each period of position loop processing is determined based on the correction data, and used to correct the velocity command.

  • Publication number: 20060113946
Abstract: Disclosed is a controller for restraining vibration of a driven element driven by a servomotor. The driven element driven by the servomotor is provided with acceleration detecting means. A correction value is obtained by multiplying a detected acceleration value detected by the acceleration detecting means by a coefficient. Correction is made by subtracting the correction value from a velocity command, and velocity feedback control is executed in a velocity control processing section to obtain a current command. Further, the servomotor is driven by current control processing, whereupon the driven element is moved. If the detected acceleration value is increased by vibration of the driven element, the velocity command is corrected to restrain the vibration, so that the vibration of the driven element can be restrained.

  • Publication number: 20060116786
Abstract: An acceleration detection unit for detecting acceleration is mounted on a driven body. When a previous block is a positioning command, the system waits till the detected value of acceleration detected by the acceleration detection unit becomes equal to or less than a set value ?s after the distribution of the movement command of the positioning command is ended. If the detected value of acceleration becomes equal to or less than the set value ?s, the distribution of the movement command of the next block is started. Because the cutting feed, etc., is started after the detected value of acceleration has become equal to or less than the set value ?s and the vibrations stopped, machining can be conducted with high accuracy.

  • Patent number: 7049775
Abstract: A servo motor for driving a die is provided with position and speed detectors. Further, a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure applied to a workpiece is provided. In the servo motor control unit, the smaller one of the speed command obtained by feedback control of the position and the speed command obtained by the pressure feedback control is selected as an output of a comparator. Based on the speed command output from the comparator, feedback control of the speed is performed and the servo motor is driven. In the state where the die does not press against the workpiece, a pressure error is large, the speed command by pressure control becomes large, and the speed command by position control becomes small. Therefore, position control is performed. When the workpiece is pressed, the position error increases, and the pressure error decreases, a speed command by pressure control is employed and pressure control is performed.

  • Patent number: 7030585
Abstract: A controller capable of preventing response delay and generation of vibrations attributable thereto during position control of a movable part of a machine having low rigidity. A motor for driving a machine having low rigidity is subjected to position and velocity loop control. Compensation amount Q1 proportional to command velocity obtained by differentiating a position command and compensation amount Q2 proportional to second-order differentiated command acceleration are obtained. Compensation amounts Q1 and Q2 are added together, thus obtaining a velocity offset amount Vof corresponding to a estimated torsion amount. A differentiated value of the velocity offset amount is multiplied by coefficient ? to obtain a torque offset amount Tof. The velocity offset amount Vof is added to a velocity command Vcs obtained by position loop control 1. The torque offset amount Tof is added to a torque command Tc outputted in velocity loop control 2, and the result is used as a drive command to the motor.
