  • Publication number: 20040112499
Abstract: An ATV radial tire has a block pattern including a chamfered block. The chamfered block has a notch which comprises an inclined surface obtained by chamfering a corner between an upper surface of the block and a wall surface of the block on an outer side edge of the block which is directed outward of a vehicle when the tire is mounted on the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 6663483
Abstract: To provide a cold/warm air outlet assembly for construction a machine, said assembly being capable of fully meeting desires on the comfort of a working environment of an operator under air conditioning and use of air conditioning for a multiplicity of purposes, an upper outlet tube 2 and lower outlet tube 3 are formed into substantially tubular shapes having conical circumferential walls with walls, through which air outlets 20,30 are formed, being included as tilted walls. The upper outlet tube 2 is resiliently fitted and connected to the lower outlet tube 3, and the lower outlet tube 3 is resiliently fitted and connected to a vertical part 11a of an air conditioner duct 11. The upper and lower outlet tubes 2,3 are, therefore, turnable in horizontal direction at their connected parts.

  • Patent number: 6033043
Abstract: This invention is to suppress repeated striking noises as generated by a crawler belt (29) when taken up onto a drive sprocket (25) in a polygonally bent shape. A crawler belt support block (34) is fixedly mounted on top of an upper reinforcing plate (19) of a bracket (15) on the side of the drive sprocket. The crawler belt support block (34) includes a skid block (36) with a crawler belt sliding surface (36B) to be held in sliding contact with lower surfaces of respective links (30) of the crawler belt (29) to guide same in a direction tangential of the drive sprocket (25) when the crawler belt (29) is taken up onto the drive sprocket (25). The crawler belt support block suppresses vertical movements as would occur to the crawler belt (29) when taken up onto the drive sprocket (25) in a polygonally bent shape, to reduce the repeated striking noises generated by meshing engagement of bushes (32) of the crawler belt (29) and the drive sprocket (25).

  • Patent number: 5927413
Abstract: A crawler belt drive apparatus which can reduce meshing noises of drive sprocket and crawler belt in a reliable manner over a long period of time. An annular link guide member is provided on a housing of a reducer concentrically with the drive sprocket. As bushes of the respective track links of the crawler belt are meshed with the drive sprocket, the link guide member is held in sliding contact with inner end faces of the track links to maintain a clearance constantly between each bush and a bottom of the drive sprocket, thereby preventing the bushes from directly hitting against the bottom of the drive sprocket to suppress meshing noises or vibrations effectively.
