    Abstract: According to a communication method of the present disclosure, a responder, after the end of transmission sector sweep (TXSS), receives from an initiator a first feedback frame including a BF training type FIELD indicating whether or not to implement a beam forming training (BFT) of a single user multi-input multi-output (SU-MIMO). If the BF training type FIELD indicates that a BFT of the SU-MIMO is to be implemented, the responder transmits to the initiator a second feedback frame based on the result of the TXSS and including a signal to noise ratio (SNR) and a sector identifier (ID) order. The initiator implements the BFT of the SU-MIMO between the initiator and the responder on the basis of the SNR and the sector ID order.

The reception receives a signal including a legacy header field, an enhanced directional multi-gigabit (EDMG) header field, and a data field. The decoding circuitry decodes data included in the data field of the received signal. The legacy header field includes a Length field comprising multiple bits. The reception apparatus is an EDMG terminal, and a subset of the multiple bits of the Length field included in the legacy header field is used to indicate bandwidth over which the signal is transmitted. Remaining bits of the Length field included in the legacy header field are used to indicate data length of the received signal.

An electrode for lithium ion batteries includes a coating material which contains a silanol group and is present on at least a surface of an active material layer. The active material layer contains a sulfur-based material and a resin-based binder. The sulfur-based material is an active material capable of alloying with lithium metal or an active material capable of occluding lithium ions. The coating material containing the silanol group is a silicate having a siloxane bond or a silica fine particle aggregate having a siloxane bond as a component.
