    Abstract: A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-attached transparent resin film of the invention includes a first transparent resin film, an oligomer blocking layer, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which are laminated in this order, wherein the oligomer blocking layer is made of a curing product of alkoxysilane and/or a partial condensate thereof, and the oligomer blocking layer has a thickness of 5 nm to 35 nm. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-attached transparent resin film can has satisfactory oligomer-blocking properties as desired, and provides good adhesion of the oligomer blocking layer.

    Abstract: A high-resistance silicon wafer is manufactured, in which a gettering ability and economical efficiency is excellent and an oxygen thermal donor is effectively prevented from being generated in a heat treatment for forming a circuit, which is to be implemented on the side of a device manufacturer.
