  • Publication number: 20150043030
Abstract: In a case where an execution request for a job to be executed by an external device is received, job information of the job is registered in a first database. A second database is searched for job information of a job for the external device which executes the job. Based on the found job information, predetermined processing is executed on a job corresponding to the job information. In a case where job information is searched for in accordance with registration of a job and at least the job information is not found, predetermined processing is executed, based on the registered job information held in an information processing apparatus, on a job corresponding to the job information.

  • Publication number: 20140341472
Abstract: The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy in detecting a person on the basis of the size of an object detection region in an omni-directional image. A height-and-width switching section for switching between the height and the width of the object detection region on the basis of the position of the object detection region in the omni-directional image is provided. It is determined on the basis of the height and the width of the object detection region for which the height and the width are switched by the height-and-width switching section whether the object detection region is a person detection region. As a result, the person detection region and a shadow detection region can be correctly separated in the omni-directional image.

  • Patent number: 8770781
Abstract: It is expected to provide a lighting apparatus that can improve the radiation performance. In a lighting apparatus that includes a light source unit and a heat sink radiating the heat generated by the light source unit and is recessed and installed to an attaching hole opened on a mounted portion, the heat sink is exposed at least partially to a side where the light from the light source unit is emitted from the attaching hole. For example, when installed to a ceiling having a heat insulated structure, the heat generated by the light source unit and transferred to the heat sink is transferred inside the heat sink and radiated from one part to the air at the side where the light from the light source unit is emitted from the attaching hole. Therefore, the radiation performance can be improved.
