Patent number: 7332862Abstract: In an LED lamp, a copper film is first formed on a substrate by plating. A resist is then bonded onto the copper film so that shaped like a ring viewed from the whole of the LED lamp. A nickel and a gold film are formed on a portion of the copper film where the resist is not bonded. Next, an adhesive agent is applied onto a bottom of the lamp house so that the lamp house is bonded onto the substrate through the adhesive agent. A transparent epoxy resin is packed in the frame of the lamp house and hardened by heating to perform resin sealing. Since the resist is bonded onto the surface of copper having a large number of fine irregularities sufficient to ensure a large contact area and excellent in adhesion, separation can be prevented from being caused by thermal stress.Type: GrantFiled: April 13, 2004Date of Patent: February 19, 2008Assignees: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd., Stanley Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hiroko Tsukamoto, Hideki Mori, Atsushi Tsuzuki, Hisao Yamaguchi, Mahito Hamada, Toshimi Kamikawa

Patent number: 7033162Abstract: An injection blow molding device in which a lip mold is formed in different shapes for an injection mold and a blow mold. Mold clamping surfaces corresponding to the different shapes are formed on the injection mold and the blow mold, respectively, to prevent an air leakage from the blow mold. An upper portion of an outside surface of the lip mold which contacts the mold is formed in a tapered surface whereas a lower end portion of the outside surface is formed in a vertical surface. The upper portion and the lower portion of a surface contacting the lip mold, of each of the injection mold and the blow mold are formed respectively in a tapered surface and a vertical surface that correspond to the tapered surface and the vertical surface of the outside surface of the lip mold. Clamping the lip mold in the injection mold is performed at the tapered surface of the upper portion and clamping the lip mold in the blow mold is performed at the vertical surface of the lower end portion.Type: GrantFiled: November 25, 2003Date of Patent: April 25, 2006Assignee: A.K.
