  • Publication number: 20090036798
Abstract: A technology for determining an acupuncture point with the reliability with the use of a simple hardware configuration in an acupuncture point position evaluating apparatus is disclosed. According to the technology, a current generated in a current generating section is applied to measurement points of skin of a subject through current application electrodes. The applied current and a voltage generated in the skin by the current application are measured in a measuring section. In a frequency analyzing section, the measured current and the measured voltage are provided with frequency analysis, and skin impedance Z(jf) in the respective measurement points is calculated. In a characteristics amount generating section, based on the frequency response of the skin impedance Z(jf) in the measurement points, frequency response K(f)=XZ(f)/RZ(f) as a ratio between real part RZ(f) and imaginary part XZ(f) of the skin impedance Z(jf) are calculated.

  • Publication number: 20070010744
Abstract: A small ultrasound diagnostic device is provided at a low cost that enables the appropriate control by a single power supply unit so as to give a predetermined transmission power to a driving waveform different for each mode without excess or deficiency and without affecting properties of the driving waveform. The ultrasound diagnostic device includes: an ultrasound generation unit (1) that transmits ultrasound; a waveform generation unit (2) that generates a single pulse or a burst pulse whose duty factor is variable in units of a time that is a period corresponding to a frequency outside a frequency band of the ultrasound generation unit (1) so as to drive the ultrasound generation unit (1); and a single power supply unit (3) that determines an amplitude of a driving waveform generated by the waveform generation unit (2). Thereby, an acoustic power of the transmitted ultrasound can be controlled without making the transmission amplitude variable.

  • Publication number: 20060241424
Abstract: An excellent ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided that can form a three-dimensional image in a more spatially-correct position regardless of an ultrasonic probe to be used, without leading to deterioration of the productivity of the treatment. An ultrasonic probe includes an ultrasonic transducer, a rotation transmission mechanism, a rotary encoder, a transducer-swinging motor and an encoder correction ROM. In the encoder correction ROM, an actual swing scanning angle of the ultrasonic transducer with respect to each count value that is obtained by counting pulses from the rotary encoder is stored in advance. A three-dimensional image processing means forms a three-dimensional image of a principal cross-section scanning plane in a direction at the actual swing scanning angle, while correcting an encoder count value from an encoder counter according to contents of the encoder correction ROM that are read out by a main controlling means.

  • Patent number: 6567148
Abstract: On a transparent substrate, a photosensitive resin layer, which is made of an acrylic positive photosensitive resin layer, is formed so as to cover stripe-shaped conductive wires and a portion between the conductive wires. In this case, at least a part of the photosensitive resin layer, that covers the conductive wire, is removed. And then, a transparent conductive film is formed on the photosensitive resin layer and the conductive wire, and the transparent conductive film is patterned so as to form transparent electrodes. Such an electrode substrate can obtain high evenness when a height difference is at 0.11 &mgr;m or less between a projecting portion, which appears on the photosensitive resin layer around the ends of the conductive wires after the photosensitive resin layer has been removed so as to expose the conductive wire, and the virtually even surface of the resin film at a portion where the conductive wire is not formed, and a height difference is 0.

  • Patent number: 6480253
Abstract: To manufacture at a good yield a large-screen display having low resistivity of wires and excelling in flatness of substrates, a metal material, a transparent electrode material, and a conductive resin are used for forming either scanning electrodes or signal electrodes, or both of the same. Not less than two materials are used as the metal material, while amorphus ITO is used as the transparent electrode material. An electrode substrate has electrode structures in each of which a metal wire made of the foregoing metal material, a transparent electrode made of the foregoing transparent electrode material, and a conductive resin layer are laminated in this order on a transparent substrate. Conductivity is imparted to the conductive resin layers by conductive particles electrodeposited by the micell electrolytic method.

  • Patent number: 6396442
Abstract: A circularly polarized antenna device in which a recess is formed in the bottom surface of a dielectric base, and in which a feeder circuit is formed on an area of the top surface of a feeder circuit board covered by the recess. A shield for the feeder circuit is provided inside the recess. A feeder electrode is formed on an outer peripheral side surface of the dielectric base so as to be separated from a radiation electrode. A feeder wiring pattern which connects the feeder circuit and the feeder electrode so that they are in electrical conduction is formed on the top surface of the feeder circuit board. Electrical power supplied to the feeder electrode from the feeder circuit through the feeder wiring pattern is transmitted to the radiation electrode by capacitive coupling. Since the feeder circuit and the shield are accommodated inside the recess of the dielectric base, it is possible to restrict the bulkiness of the circularly polarized antenna device, and, thus, to make it thin.
