    Abstract: A blower includes: an impeller on which there are arranged axial flow blades 40 mounted at circumferential intervals to an outer peripheral surface of a boss; a case surrounding the impeller; and a bell mouth cylindrically constricted to guide gas into the case, wherein an inner diameter of the bell mouth is smaller than an outer diameter of the impeller. Further, each blade has, in the radial direction, a sweepforward wing portion situated on the boss side and exhibiting a positive advance ratio value, and a sweepback wing portion situated on the outer peripheral side of the blade and exhibiting a negative advance ratio value, with the arc length of each blade increasing from the boss side toward the outer peripheral side. Therefore, it is possible to achieve an improvement in ventilation efficiently, through an increase in static pressure and to achieve a reduction in noise.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes a plurality of contacts, a housing arranging and holding the contacts and having a fitting opening into which a memory card is inserted, and pivotally movable locking members provided at both longitudinal ends of the housing, respectively, for holding and removing the memory card. The housing includes a main body for arranging and holding the contacts, and mounting portions provided at both the longitudinal ends for pivotally movably mounting the locking members. The mounting portions are each provided on both sides in width direction with protruding pieces extending against the inserting direction of the memory card. The locking members each include an anchoring portion adapted to engage and embrace the protruding pieces under a condition the memory card has been inserted. The electrical connector can comply with customers' requirements against vibration and does not cause any failed connection with a memory card even upon vibration and impact.

    Abstract: A connector for plural kinds of cards includes a housing, and a gate-shaped slider slidable on slide rails on both sides in a card inserting space in the housing. Inserting a wider and thicker card, the card engages and moves together with the slider into the housing to contact contacts on one surface in the housing at a predetermined inserted position. Inserting a narrower and thinner card, the card enters an inner space of the gate-shaped slider, and while the slider remains stationary, the card arrives at a predetermined inserted position with the aid of a step having an inclined face in the slider, whereupon the contacting surface of the card arrives at the same level as that of the contact surface of the wider and thicker card so that the card comes into contact with the contacts to achieve an electrical connection therebetween.
