  • Patent number: 7730374
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit that self-tests the skew margin of the clock and data signals in an LVDS. A clock signal CKB1 is held in flip-flop circuit 105 synchronously with checking clock signal A1. Checking pattern signal PAT_A is held in flip-flop circuit 104 synchronously with checking clock signal A2. When the skew margin of clock signal CKA_IN and data signal DA_IN are checked, the checking signal TCKA of flip-flop circuit 105 is input instead of clock signal CKA_IN, and the checking signal TDA of flip-flop circuit 104 is input instead of clock signal DA_IN. The timing relationship between clock signal CKB7 and checking timing signal A1 and the timing relationship between clock signal CKB7 and checking timing signal A2 are controlled independently by timing control circuit 109.

  • Patent number: 6724182
Abstract: A pair of resistors, having substantially equivalent resistance are arranged in series so that two data output lines of a differential data driver are connected to the ends of the series of resistors, the potentials of the two output signals ((D+)data output signal and (D−)data output signal) from the differential data driver are resistively divided to detect the sum of the potentials of the two signals. Based on the voltage of the combined signal, the acceptability of the differential signals of the differential data driver is determined.

  • Patent number: 5581759
Abstract: A process controlling method and apparatus which uses a flowchart language program and ladder programs with an intermediate register accessible using the same name by both the flowchart language program and the ladder programs. Each ladder program defines the operation of a machine, including an interlock condition of the machine operation. The flowchart language program defines an automatic operation flow which sequentially activates the ladder programs using the data in the intermediate register. This arrangement allows the flowchart language program to be separated from the ladder programs improving productivity, serviceability and security of the programs.
