  • Publication number: 20110171519
Abstract: The present invention provides a simple method for producing a difluorophosphate from a source material, the difluorophosphate being useful as additives for nonaqueous electrolyte solutions for secondary batteries. In the method, a source material containing a carbonate and/or a borate is allowed to react with a source gas which contains P and F and which may further contain O as required. The source material may contain lithium carbonate. The source gas may be produced by decomposing LiPF6. The source gas may be produced in such a manner that LiPF6 and lithium carbonate are mixed and then subjected to reaction. • Patent number: 7922887
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a metal structure comprising a substrate and a metal film formed on the substrate; comprising the steps of providing surface having irregularities made of a electrical conductor in the area of the substrate where the metal body or film is to be formed; and preferentially forming the metal body or film by electroplating in the area provided with the conductive surface having irregularities. The plating bath may preferably contain an additive compound such as a cyanine dye which is capable of suppressing the plating reaction, and which loses such plating-suppressing effect with the progress of the plating reaction. The metal film can be produced by electroplating in the area provided with the surface having irregularities.

  • Publication number: 20100268545
Abstract: An examination-schedule memory unit stores an examination schedule including a plurality of examinations. An operation-status acquisition unit acquires the operation status of a washing apparatus that washes a scope used for an examination. A rescheduling unit changes the start time of at least one examination included in an examination schedule in accordance with the operation status acquired by the operation-status acquisition unit. The rescheduling unit may specify the washing-completion time of the used scope based on the washing-start time acquired by the operation-status acquisition unit, determine whether or not an already-washed scope will be available at the start time of each examination based on the specified washing-completion time and the start time of each examination, and change, when it is determined that there will be no already-washed scopes available, the start time of the examination to be after the time at which an already-washed scope will become available.

  • Publication number: 20100254786
Abstract: In a load port apparatus, a clearance is formed between an inner circumferential surface of an opening of the chamber and an outer circumferential surface of a door. The area of the clearance between the plate and the opening portion on a plane flush with an interior side of the chamber is larger than the area of the clearance between the plate and the opening portion on a plane flush with the exterior of the chamber. A fan located at an upper side of the chamber generates a first flow of air in the downward direction. The clearance generates a second flow of air from the interior of the chamber to the exterior of the chamber. The second flow of air is generated by the difference in the area of the interior cross section of the clearance and area of the exterior cross section of the clearance.
