Abstract: A method for providing a User Interface (UI) list in a network by letting a specific terminal, which has an application communicating with a remote server, receive a request for the UI list from an arbitrary terminal; and providing at least one of a UI list provided from the remote server and a UI list included in the specific terminal using the application. The specific terminal may combine the UI list provided from the remote server and the UI list included in the specific terminal to thereby provide the arbitrary terminal with a combined list and the arbitrary terminal may select the desired remote UI through the provided UI list.

Abstract: A method of executing, by a terminal, an application that is provided from an application server. The method includes operations of receiving, from the application server, execution environment information about the application; determining whether to execute a virtual application, by referring to the execution environment information; displaying an interface so as to request a virtualization server that performs application virtualization for virtualization, based on a result of the determining; and requesting the virtualization server for virtualization of the application, based on a user input via the interface.

Abstract: A method of processing an input received through a touch screen in a mobile terminal. The method includes displaying, if a first key to which a plurality of key values are allocated is input, a second key to which a plurality of the key values are allocated, on a screen, and determining a first key value displayed at a cursor by an input of the first key as a final input value if the second key is input, moving the cursor to a next first position, and then displaying one of the plurality of key values of the first key.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for controlling a Remote User Interface Client (RUIC), on which a remote user interface is displayed, through another RUIC. A message including control information that indicates a control action corresponding to a user input at the other RUIC is received at the RUIC from the other RUIC. The RUIC determines whether the control information is predefined information or undefined information. When the control information is predefined information, the control information is delivered from a web server of the RUIC to an application of the RUIC, and a control operation corresponding to the control information is executed by the application. When the control information is undefined information, the received control information is delivered from the web server to the application through a remote control plug-in in the RUIC to execute the control operation corresponding to the control information by the application.

Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for generating a mashup graph. The method includes receiving a set of services and collecting application programmable interfaces (APIs) of the services, and generating a mashup graph by using the collected APIs according to information regarding connections between the APIs and weights between the APIs. Thus, a mashup graph having a simple form in which a user's preference can be reflected can be generated, instead of a complicated connection matrix.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for providing an in-vehicle notification service by means of a head unit device comprises the steps of: requesting a mobile device to start a notification service; receiving, upon the occurrence of an event which a user is to be notified of, information on the event from the mobile device; and displaying the information on the event to the user.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for acquiring a specialized Control User Interface (CUI) in a remote control device of home network. A first message is transmitted to a client requesting a User Interface (UI) list. The UI list is received from the client. The UI list comprises specialized CUI information from a server. A second message is transmitted to the client requesting the specialized CUI in accordance with the specialized CUI information in the UI list. The specialized CUI is received from the server via the client.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling a Remote User Interface (RUI) by a Remote User Interface Client (RUIC) device in a home network, in which it is checked whether control information received from the third RUIC device capable of controlling an RUI realized in the RUIC device was generated by a Control User Interface (CUI) included in an allowed CUI list, and a CUI of the third RUIC device is updated if the received control information was not generated by a CUI included in the allowed CUI list.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of controlling a screen display of an external display device by a mobile terminal, including when a connection between the mobile terminal and the external display device is performed, transmitting image data to the external display device and displaying an image displayed in the mobile terminal in the external display device, and when a selection command for one of objects included in the image data is input in the mobile terminal, moving a position of the image displayed in the external display device and then controlling such that the image is displayed together with an image of the object for the selection command.

Abstract: A system and method for controlling a telephony service by a first terminal using Virtual Network Computing (VNC) connected between the first terminal and a second terminal. The method includes establishing a connection with the second terminal for providing the telephony service; establishing a call connection with an external terminal via the second terminal; establishing a VNC connection between the first terminal and the second terminal; and transmitting and receiving data for a call with the external terminal via the second terminal through the VNC connection.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for providing a service based on Personal Network Entity (PNE) components and resources within an apparatus without implementing a function of generating and managing a service group only in a case in which a plurality of PNEs provide a similar function by providing a function of generating and managing the service group based on components included in a network apparatus or resources with the apparatus in an environment providing a Converged Personal Network Service (CPNS) service. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid inefficient overlapping developments and operations and prevent resources from being wasted.

Further, in the data exchange method, a user interface is dynamically provided from a third user interface server connected to the mobile device.

Abstract: A method of providing a home network telephony service, in which a first mobile communication terminal having a phone call connection with a second mobile communication terminal provides a phone communication service by using a first electronic device connected to a home network of the first mobile communication terminal is provided. The method includes transmitting a call initiation request message, including an address of the first electronic device, and making a request for a phone call connection using the first electronic device in response to the phone call to the second mobile communication terminal; receiving a response message in response to the call initiation request message from the second mobile communication terminal; and transmitting a call initiation request message including the address of the second electronic device and making a request to the first electronic device to originate a call to the second electronic device.
