    Abstract: The present invention discloses a high temperature resistant outer layer covering aerogel composite material with low dielectric, high heat insulation and high fireproof characteristics and preparation method thereof. The method comprises steps of: (1) mixing hydrolysis, (2) condensation and dispersion, (3) structure molding, (4) atmospheric pressure drying, (5) outer layer covering, (6) curing molding and (7) surface treatment. In this technology, a trace amount of water-dispersible high temperature resistant glue is added to the aerogel sol in the step of condensation and dispersion, which is injected into the fiber-containing preformed structure, and dried at high temperature and atmospheric to prepare aerogel preformed materials. And then, the aerogel preformed materials are wrapped by a high temperature resistant material and cured to prepare the aerogel composite material with low dielectric, high heat insulation and high fireproof properties.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multi-constraint optimal distribution method for a torque vectoring of a distributed drive electric vehicle, which includes: obtaining a vehicle real-time motion state, taking a pre-constructed tire rotation dynamics model as a control object of an optimal distribution problem, establishing an objective function for tracking a desired additional yaw moment, tracking a desired tire slip ratio, and suppressing a motor output energy consumption to a minimum value, establishing a corresponding system constraint, solving the optimal distribution problem, and obtaining an optimal distribution solution for a torque vectoring of each tire. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure can effectively track a desired control target, can also effectively constrain an important state and a control input of the vehicle, and can avoid wrong solutions or no solution caused by an optimization problem.

The texture structure includes a texture with a surface including a contact region and a non-contact region. The contact region is provided with a metal gate line, and has a specific surface area smaller than the non-contact region. According to the texture structure of a solar cell and the preparation method therefor provided by the present disclosure, the texture of a metal gate line coverage region and the texture of a metal gate line non-coverage region form different microscopic appearances of texture structure, and the texture structure in the non-coverage region has a specific surface area much larger than the texture structure in the coverage region, thereby reducing a contact area between a slurry metal and a PN junction on the texture, reducing the metal recombination by more than 20%, and improving the conversion efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an aerogel paint with smoke-free, fireproof and high heat insulation properties and preparation method thereof. The method comprises steps of: (1) mixed hydrolysis, (2) condensation and dispersion, (3) atmospheric drying, (4) high-temperature-resistant glue mixing, (5) homogenizing and dispersing. In this technology, the aerogel particles can be prepared by condensation under suspension and dispersion, and the aerogel particles have more uniform particle sizes. After being dried with hot air on an atmospheric condition, the aerogel paint is then prepared by mixing a high-temperature-resistant glue solution with the dried aerogel particles to obtain an aerogel paint being smoke-free, toxic-free, highly fire-proof and highly heat insulative. The products developed in the present invention withstand impact of high-temperature flames more than 1200° C. for a long time, and remain unpenetrated of the aluminum plate.
