  • Publication number: 20220326719
Abstract: A method for positioning a target in a building based on the assistance of two aircraft includes the following steps: allowing two aircraft with respective direction-finding devices to fly around a building, and sending a signal by a positioning tag carried by an indoor target; measuring projections of directions of the signal source on a horizontal plane respectively by the two aircraft, and indicating a position of the indoor target on the horizontal plane by an intersection of the two projections; and according to a difference between barometric pressures of the indoor target and the aircraft, obtaining an altitude of the target to further obtain position coordinates of the target. The method avoids deploying an indoor positioning base station, and improves the positioning accuracy, stability and anti-interference performance.

  • Publication number: 20210388417
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for reversibly protecting and separation DNA, comprising phosphorylating the 5?-terminal of a target DNA molecule, modifying the 5?-terminal by adenylation; adding adenosine DNA-sensitive exonuclease to samples obtained after termination of the reaction to digest the template; finally, the obtained adenylated modified DNA, that is, the obtained target DNA is separated, and subjected to technical analysis such as sequencing and identification, and the 5?end of the obtained sequence is the site of adenylation modification. The method provided by the present disclosure fills the gap that the prior art cannot accurately locate the break site on genomic DNA, can realize the quantitative and positioning analysis of the break site on DNA samples of different lengths and different sources, and is simple to use and easy to operate. And there are no special requirements for samples, high accuracy, low detection background influence, and high resolution.

  • Publication number: 20210034452
Abstract: In some examples, a computing device may include a plurality of components, an embedded controller, and a read-only memory (ROM) to store a basic input output system (BIOS). A display device connected to the computing device may include a display panel and a timing controller. The embedded controller may be configured with instructions to determine that a power-on has been initiated, determine that a particular component of the plurality of components of the computing device has an issue that prevents booting the BIOS, and send a message from the embedded controller to the timing controller. The message may instruct the timing controller to display, on the display panel and before the CPU begins execution, one or more error messages associated with the particular component that has the issue preventing booting the BIOS. In some cases, a logo may be displayed along with the one or more error messages.

  • Publication number: 20210017271
Abstract: Transgenic T cells and vectors for making transgenic T cells are described. The vectors can include a nucleic acid encoding a membrane-bound anti-IL6 (mb-alL6) single chain variable fragment (scFv), and the transgenic T cells can express mb-alL6. The transgenic T cells are useful for suppressing proliferation of IL-6-dependent cells, reducing IL-6 concentration, or both. In one embodiment, the vector is a bicistronic construct encoding the mb-alL6 and an anti-CD19-41 BB-003? chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). In another embodiment, an anti-IL-6 scFv can be linked to a 41 BB and 003? domains to form an anti-IL-6 CAR. The transgenic T cells expressing said constructs can reduce the linker risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) in cancer patients being treated with CAR T cell or for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases in which cytokines are involved in pathogenesis.
