    Abstract: A microfluidic ion detection chip having a bubble brightening structure includes a substrate, an upper plate, two glass cover plates, and a foam board. The substrate is provided with a fluid mixing region, a lower optical detection through hole, and a lower gas flow channel. The upper plate is adhesively connected to the substrate and is provided with a sample outlet, an upper optical detection through hole, an upper gas flow channel, and two sample inlets, the upper gas flow channel and the lower gas flow channel are combined to form a gas flow channel.     Abstract: Provided are a preparation method for a CTL cell and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: inducing a CTL cell by using a tumor antigen PAP-GM-CSF sensitized DC cell; and knocking out a PD-1 gene of the CTL cell to obtain a PD-1 knock-out CTL cell. The CTL cell obtained by the preparation method can be used for preparing drugs for treatment of prostate cancer, especially for treating PAP-positive prostate cancer. The CTL cell does not cause CTL cell failure and anergy due to the tumor-expressed PD-L1 after being transfused into the body, thereby producing efficient specific cytotoxic effect on a tumor cell and improving the curative effect and reducing the side effect.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are approaches for forming dynamic DRAM devices without trench fill voids. A method may include providing a plurality of trenches in a substrate, the plurality of trenches defining a plurality of device structures, and depositing a plurality of layers over the device structures. The layers may include a first layer over the device structures, a second layer over the first layer, and a third layer over the second layer. The method may further include forming a plurality of contact trenches through the plurality of layers to expose one or more device structures of the plurality of device structures, and directing ions into a sidewall of the trenches at a non-zero angle, wherein the ions impact the third layer without impacting the second layer. The method may further include forming a fill material within the trenches after the ions are directed into the sidewall of the trenches.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses ?-carrageenase mutant OUC-CglA-DPQQ, which has an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO. 1 and an encoding gene as set forth in SEQ ID NO. 2. The ?-carrageenase mutant OUC-CglA-DPQQ is applied to degradation of carrageenan/preparation of ?-carrageenan oligosaccharides with high polymerization degree. The present disclosure further discloses a method for degrading carrageenan/preparing ?-carrageenan oligosaccharides with high polymerization degree by using the ?-carrageenase mutant OUC-CglA-DPQQ. The ?-carrageenase mutant OUC-CglA-DPQQ of the present disclosure can act on low viscosity carrageenan, and the polymerization degree of final product ?-carrageenan oligosaccharides is 10-20. The ?-carrageenase mutant of the present disclosure is excellent in enzymatic properties and specificity, and has important industrial application value and economic value in the preparation of ?-carrageenan oligosaccharides via an enzyme method.
