  • Patent number: 10871923
Abstract: A program operation is executed on a memory sub-system. During execution of the program operation, a request to execute a read operation on the memory sub-system is received. In response to receiving the request, a program suspend operation to suspend the program operation is executed. The read operation is executed on the memory sub-system in response to a completion of the program suspend operation. In response to completion of the read operation, a program resume operation is executed. A program suspend delay period is established following execution of the program resume operation during which a subsequent read operation is stored in a queue.

  • Publication number: 20200238520
Abstract: A robot includes a body that is movable relative to a surface one or more measurement devices within the body to output information based on an orientation of the body at an initial location on the surface, and a controller within the body to determine an orientation of the body based on the information and to restrict movement of the body to an area by preventing movement of the body beyond a barrier that is based on the orientation of the body and the initial location.

  • Publication number: 20200194691
Abstract: An emissive zone for electroluminescent devices is provided, comprising of an emissive host with small singlet-triplet energy splitting and a triplet assistant dopant with HOMO and/or LUMO energy levels within the bandgap of the host material and triplet energy greater than that of the host. The purpose of the non-emissive dopant is two-fold; charge trapping and energy transfer to the host. With careful material selection, exciton formation on the dopant and subsequent energy transfer to the host allows for excitons to be funneled to the singlet-state of the host. Reduction of long-lived excitons consequently reduces undesirable excited state annihilation processes that lead to organic degradation.

  • Publication number: 20200146525
Abstract: An example robot includes a body that is movable relative to a surface, a bumper mounted on the body to enable movement of the bumper relative to the body, a sensor to produce a signal in response to the movement of the bumper relative to the body caused by contact between the bumper and the surface, and a controller to control movement of the body to cause the body to track the surface based on a value. The bumper is movable between an uncompressed position relative to the body and a compressed position relative to the body. The signal varies linearly with the movement of the bumper relative to the body. The value is based on the signal and indicates that the bumper in a partially compressed position has a compression range between the uncompressed position and the compressed position.

  • Publication number: 20200144462
Abstract: A light-emitting device comprises a light-emitting element, a covering structure, a quantum dot material block, and an adhesive structure is disclosed. The covering structure has a depressed part. The quantum dot material block is filled into the depressed part and enclosed by the light-emitting element and the covering structure. The light-emitting element, the covering structure, and the quantum dot material block are bonded together through the adhesive structure. Since the quantum dot material block is enclosed by the covering structure and the light-emitting element, the outer moisture and oxygen are blocked by the covering structure and the light-emitting element from the quantum dot material block, the decreasing emitting efficiency of the quantum dot material is further alleviated.
