    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a NiTi alloy surface cutting process and a roughness adjustment method. Aiming at defects of difficult machining and unsatisfactory machining performance of Ni-Ti alloys, the present disclosure provides a surface cutting process of a difficult-to-machine nickel-titanium alloy, in which firstly, the nickel-titanium alloy is transformed from a two-phase state to a single-phase state using its transformation characteristic, and electrochemical nickel removal treatment is carried out on a surface of the alloy in the single-phase state so as to obtain a porous surface layer, and then a surface material with the porous surface layer is cut. The method provided by the present disclosure can effectively reduce machining difficulty of alloy materials, and can also obtain alloy workpieces with adjustable roughness, which is of great significance for NiTi alloy machining.

In addition, existing inorganic fiber materials are generally not resistant to high temperature. The composite heat insulating lining provided according to the present application is provided with a refractory coating on a surface of the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer to avoid direct heating of the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, thereby avoiding high temperature damage to the inorganic fiber prefabricated layer, and improving the service life of the composite heat insulating lining. An ethylene cracking furnace is further provided according to the present application, which includes any one of the above composite heat insulating linings.

The method includes: (1) crushing and sieving a biomass raw material to obtain a crushed biomass raw material, adding the crushed biomass raw material to a salt solution and mixing to be uniform to obtain a reactant mixture; performing an electrolytic reaction on the reactant mixture under conditions of stirring and an external voltage of 5-15 V for 2-8 hours to obtain a product mixture; after the electrolytic reaction, subjecting the product mixture to a suction filtration, collecting a filter cake, washing the filter cake and drying to obtain a pretreated biomass, and (2) subjecting the pretreated biomass obtained in step (1) to a pyrolysis reaction at a temperature of 400-600° C. for 30-90 minutes in a protective gas atmosphere, and collecting a pyrolysis oil by an organic solvent.
