    Abstract: Underfill materials with graded moduli for semiconductor device assemblies, and associated methods and systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, the underfill material between a semiconductor die and a package substrate includes a matrix material, first filler particles with a first size distribution, and second filler particles with a second size distribution different than the first size distribution. Centrifugal force may be applied to the underfill material to arrange the first and second filler particles such that the underfill material may form a first region having a first elastic modulus and a second region having a second elastic modulus different than the first elastic modulus. Once the underfill material is cured, portions of conductive pillars coupling the semiconductor die with the package substrate may be surrounded by the first region, and conductive pads of the package substrate may be surrounded by the second region.

The method comprises the following steps of: receiving, by a target eNB, random access information or an RRC connection reconfiguration completion message from a UE; transmitting, by the target eNB, a data transmission stopping indication message to a source eNB; and, stopping, by the source eNB, transmitting downlink data to the UE, and/or stopping, by the source eNB, receiving uplink data from the UE. The present invention further provides several other methods and eNB equipments for supporting seamless handover. By the methods for supporting seamless handover provided by the present invention, the delay of data transmission and the unnecessary data transmission or unnecessary data monitoring of a source eNB can be avoided, the waste of resources and the power consumption can be reduced, and the missing and duplication transmission of data can be avoided.

    Abstract: An energy-saving street light system with dynamic real-time brightness adjustment includes a multiple of street lights, each storing a modulated brightness value of the same luminous quota and a predetermined brightness value. If the street light detects no motor vehicle passing by or receives no notice for a period of time, then a light with the predetermined brightness value will be emitted, or else the largest modulated brightness value will be used for setting and a quantity of one of the luminous quota will be used up. After the whole quantity of the luminous quota is used up, the next smaller modulated brightness value is used for the aforementioned setting procedure until all modulated brightness values are set. If the same receiving unit receives two or more modulated brightness values simultaneously, the modulated brightness value with a greater brightness will be used for the setting.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for upgrading pyrolysis oil through seawater electrochemical pretreatment of biomass and use thereof. The method includes: (1) crushing and sieving a biomass raw material to obtain a crushed biomass raw material, adding the crushed biomass raw material to a salt solution and mixing to be uniform to obtain a reactant mixture; performing an electrolytic reaction on the reactant mixture under conditions of stirring and an external voltage of 5-15 V for 2-8 hours to obtain a product mixture; after the electrolytic reaction, subjecting the product mixture to a suction filtration, collecting a filter cake, washing the filter cake and drying to obtain a pretreated biomass, and (2) subjecting the pretreated biomass obtained in step (1) to a pyrolysis reaction at a temperature of 400-600° C. for 30-90 minutes in a protective gas atmosphere, and collecting a pyrolysis oil by an organic solvent.
