    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for gene expression by transient transformation of a wild rice seed using Agrobacterium. The method includes the following steps: subjecting a wild rice seed to induction culture and subculture in sequence, and selecting a resulting callus with a dense structure to allow pre-culture to obtain a pre-cultured callus; transforming a 1305Ubi-Ubi-GFP-H plasmid carrying a green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene into an Agrobacterium strain EHA105 or LBA4404 to obtain a positive Agrobacterium strain; subjecting the positive Agrobacterium strain to culture to obtain a bacterial suspension with an optical density (OD) value of 0.02 to 0.5 at a wavelength of 600 nm to obtain an infection bacterial solution; and infecting the pre-cultured callus with the infection bacterial solution to allow co-culture and recovery culture in sequence; observing an infection status of a recovered callus under a stereo fluorescence microscope, and calculating a transient expression rate.

A charge-neutralizing agent module externally releases a charged agent whose polarity is opposite to the charge in the thunderstorm cloud, to consume the charge in the thunderstorm cloud via neutralization between a heterocharge carried by the charged agent and the charge in the thunderstorm cloud.

The rocker is provided with a pressing part. The deviating element includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other, and the first end is in contact with the pressing part. When the pressing part presses the first end of the deviating element, the second end of the deviating element deviates, and the reset assembly drives the second end of the deviating element to reset. The assembly of the rocker device in the present application is simple, reducing a frictional resistance between the deviating element and the supporting base, thereby improving usage experience.

    Abstract: A method for analyzing signal irregularity of radiation in a lightning leader is provided, which relates to a field of lightning signal processing and includes: S1: acquiring electric field signals; S2: dividing the electric field signals into multiple segments according to time, and calculating an average sample entropy value of each segment of the electric field signals; S3: dividing the multiple segments of electric field signals into three regions according to the time, quantifying irregularity of radiation of the three regions in the leader according to sample entropies and performing classification based on numerical variation characteristics of the irregularity; S4: comparing the classified data with lightning positioning data to form an analysis database; and S5: acquiring real-time electric field signals, calculating average sample entropy values of the electric field signals, and predicting development characteristics of irregular radiation in the lightning leader.

The apparatus is configured to: receive a data pair comprising a set of hyperparameters and a utility score defining a utility of a motion planner outcome resulting from the set of hyperparameters; provide a model defining a relationship between the hyperparameters and the utility score; generate trial hyperparameters using a guidance objective configured to evaluate a quality of trial sets of hyperparameters in dependence on the model; determine a trial outcome of the motion planner based on the trial hyperparameters; and determine a new utility score of the trial hyperparameters based on comparing the trial outcome with truth data. The apparatus therefore optimises currently deployed hyperparameters by comparison with truth data in order to provide hyperparameters that can produce realistic motion planning trajectories and outperform currently deployed hyperparameters.

The present disclosure provides use of ZlMYB1 and ZlMYB2 genes from Zizania latifolia in increasing an anthocyanidin content of a rice seed, where the ZlMYB1 gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1; and the ZlMYB2 gene has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2. In the present disclosure, the ZlMYB1 and ZlMYB2 genes can be effectively overexpressed in rice. When a growth environment is consistent with that of a control plant, rice seeds from a rice plant overexpressing the ZlMYB1 and ZlMYB2 genes turn black and have a significantly increased anthocyanidin content compared with those from the control plant.
