Abstract: A nano freeze dry process of preparation for a cosmetic composition having a bioactive agent for providing an anti-aging effect on a skin, comprising the steps of: placing the cosmetic composition having a bioactive agent into a capsule container; and nano freeze drying the cosmetic composition by: freezing the cosmetic composition in the capsule container at ?170° C.; increasing the temperature to ?85° C. and allowing sublimation under vacuum condition; then increasing the temperature to 35° C.; and vacuum drying to obtain a final product, wherein a volume of the cosmetic composition remains unchanged after the process, a water content of less than 5% is inside the final, at least 80% of bioactivity of the cosmetic composition is retained, and significant anti-aging effect is observed after a two-day treatment.

Abstract: A natural biotech washing agent for the environment, which is truly natural and environment friendly, for removing oil stains and dirt on a clothing object and degrading the oil and dirt at the same time without using any powered tools, comprising a composition by percentage weight containing 0.5% marine alkaloids, 6.5-9.5% surfactant and 2.5-3.5% enzymes as active ingredients. The biotech washing agent is truly meant for the environment in that the composition is natural, the cleaning process is natural and energy-saving, the cleaning effect is great, the end products after cleaning is natural and cause no harm to the environment, and no powered tools is required to achieve the cleaning effect. In addition, the wastewater after the washing process of the present invention can continue to provide a cleaning effect to the sewage and the wastewater.

Abstract: Methods for Identifying protein modulators of eukaryotic cells by expressing a combinatorial library of potential agonists inside a eukaryotic cell and then directly selecting for an agonist of a target molecule. Some methods involve co-culturing a cell expressing a combinatorial library of potential agonists and a second cell, and then selecting agents that modulate a phenotype of or a desired cellular response in the second cell. Preferably, the agonists are antibodies introduced into and expressed in the starting cells, such as agonist anti-EpoR, anti-TpoR, or G-CSFR antibodies. Also disclosed are methods for selecting from combinatorial antibody libraries bispecific antibodies that can regulate cell phenotypes.
