The support mechanism includes a main support frame and an angle adjustment bracket, the main support frame is fixed on the base plate of the seal box, and the angle adjustment bracket is mounted on the main support frame.

The controller can control an output electrical signal according to a large-cavity oil pressure fed back by the large-cavity pressure sensor and a small-cavity oil pressure fed back by the small-cavity pressure sensor, and, by means of the electrical signal, control a change of the amount of hydraulic oil flowing into and out of the large cavity and the small cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder so as to regulate the oil pressures in the large cavity and the small cavity.

An electronic control unit is cooperated with the motor assembly, and the electronic control unit controls the operation of the motor assembly. The electrically driven pump includes a cooling passage for accommodating a working medium, and the working medium in the cooling passage may exchange heat with the electronic control unit, thereby facilitating improving the service life of the electrically driven pump.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for regenerating a SCR denitration catalyst assisted by microwaves. The method comprises: (1) a poisoned SCR denitration catalyst is immersed in deionized water, and the SCR denitration catalyst is cleaned by a bubbling method; (2) the SCR denitration catalyst is transferred to a container containing a pore-expanding solution for a soaking treatment; (3) the SCR denitration catalyst is transferred to a microwave device and treated for 1-10 minutes; (4) the SCR denitration catalyst is transferred to a container with an activating liquid and impregnated for 1-4 hours; (5) the SCR denitration catalyst is dried with microwaves for 1-20 minutes; and (6) the SCR denitration catalyst is calcined under conditions of 500-600° C. for 4-7 hours. The present invention has readily available raw materials, is simple and energy-saving in device and process, and is suitable for industrial scale regeneration.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for electrowinning a titanium metal from a titanium-containing soluble anode molten salt, and relate to the technical field of nonferrous metallurgy. The method comprises: mixing a titanium-containing material and a carbon-containing reducing agent at a mol ratio of 5:1-1:20 as a raw material, press-molding after uniformly mixing, holding a temperature range of 1000° C.-2000° C. under a nitrogen-containing atmosphere, reacting for 30-600 min; preparing a titanium-containing compound with a good electrical conductivity; and then electrowinning a titanium metal in a halide molten salt of an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal by using such a titanium-containing compound as an anode. The method for electrowinning a titanium metal from a titanium-containing soluble anode molten salt, provided by the present invention, is a simple in process and low in energy consumption, and can realize industrialized preparation of a high-purity titanium metal.
