  • Publication number: 20140187627
Abstract: Disclosed is a use of C15-substituted andrographolide derivatives in preparation of anti-hepatitis B virus medicaments. In the present invention, the HepG2.2.15 cells are used to measure the amount of the hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) secretion in the supernatant of the culture; the duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) is used to infect the model and the DHBV-DNA level in serum is measured, and the pathological change in hepatic tissue is observed. A number of andrographolide derivative compounds are screened, compounds having a good anti-HBV effect are preferred, which has a structure represented by general formula 1 set forth herein. Due to high anti-HBV activity and low toxicity, as well as good protection against hepatic injury, the compounds can be used as the active ingredient for preparing anti-HBV medicaments, thereby providing a new pharmaceutical way for treatment of hepatitis, and broadening the range of clinical medicines.

  • Publication number: 20140001957
Abstract: A high intensity discharge (HID) ballast circuit comprises a trigger circuit, a power half-bridge self-excited oscillation circuit, which is arranged to enable self-excited oscillation by energizing an angle capacitor Cgs with a Miller capacitor Cdg of a power MOSFET when an original single pulse output by the trigger circuit is excited, and then output self-excited oscillation signals; and a filter loop which is arranged to match impedance for the self-excited oscillation signals, thereby converting a low-impedance voltage source to a high-impedance constant current source. The inherent phase relationship of the power MOSFET is utilized, and oscillation signals are generated by a power half-bridge self-excited oscillation circuit, and then impedance matching for the oscillation signals is performed by the filter loop, and finally an HID lamp is triggered. As a result, damages to human eyes caused by stroboscopic effect can be avoided and electro magnetic compatibility test can be passed.

  • Publication number: 20130246433
Abstract: A record-pattern expression of a record pattern of data records is translated to a character-pattern expression of a character pattern. A data-record series of data records is converted to a character string in which each character in the character string corresponds to a respective data record in the data-record series. Pattern instances of the character pattern in the character string are searched to identify ordinal character positions in the character string of characters in the character pattern instances. Data records at ordinal record positions in the record series of data records corresponding to the ordinal character positions are reported.

  • Publication number: 20130183435
Abstract: The present invention is a process for surface treatment of a fluid-contacting device where a continuous organo-silicon or organo-silicon and oxygen plasma coating is applied at a low temperature by a plasma deposition technique to at least one contacting surface of the device and devices with the process applied. The plasma coating inhibits bacterial attachment to the device and prevents biofilm formation on said device. The coating preferably has a thickness from about 1 nm to about 100 nm, more preferably from about 20 nm to about 30 nm. The trimethylsilane and oxygen gas mixture is an approximate ratio of 1 to 4. The invention demonstrates that bacterial cells on the organo-silicon or organo-silicon/O2 coated surface are more susceptible to antibiotic treatment than their counterparts in biofilm formed on uncoated surface.
