    Abstract: A process of manufacturing a PEAK racket includes the steps of taking a substrate layer, where the substrate layer is adapted to a PEAK racket; cutting a first filling space at a middle of the substrate layer, and filling a low-density material in the first filling space; cutting a second filling space at an upper side of the substrate layer, and filling a high-density material in the second filling space; respectively attaching and fastening a panel on each of two surfaces of the substrate layer, to obtain a semi-finished product; and drilling at a middle of the semi-finished product to form a plurality of through holes that are used for reducing wind resistance, wherein each through hole runs through outer side surfaces of the two panels. There is further provided the step of wrapping an edge of the racket, and mounting a handle.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a covering for a PEAK racket. The covering for a PEAK racket is applied to a PEAK racket, and includes a covering body. The PEAK racket includes a panel, and the covering body is detachably attached and fastened to a surface of the panel. A corresponding covering body may be attached to the PEAK racket as required by detachably attaching the covering body to the surface of the panel. If a user selects a frosted PEAK racket user does not need to buy a separate PEAK racket, provided that the user only needs to attach the covering body to the PEAK racket. This is convenient and fast. In addition, costs are low. The covering body is attached to the protect the PEAK racket, so that the PEAK racket is protected better. The spin may be given through the frosted surface. This increases enjoyment.

A Velcro brand is attached and fastened to an inner side surface of the main body, and the main body is adhered and fastened to an outer surface of the handle with the Velcro brand. Because the Velcro brand is attached and fastened to the inner side surface of the main body, the main body is adhered and fastened to the outer surface of the handle with the Velcro brand. This protects a structure of the handle well, and avoids the handle from aging. The product is convenient to use, removable, washable, resistant to dirt, durable, easy to carry, and easy to replace, so that the product is worthy of widespread use.

The method includes the steps of manufacturing and preparing a preliminary embryo of a racket, where the preliminary embryo of the racket includes a racket body and a handle that is integrally connected to the racket body; mounting a racket mold on an injection molding machine, and placing the preliminary embryo of the racket into the racket mold; placing plastic particles into the injection molding machine, to melt the plastic particles in a liquid form, where the liquid plastic flows into the racket mold and is combined with a peripheral side surface of the preliminary embryo of the racket, to form a wrapped edge; and after cooling, wrapping the wrapped edge, and fastening the wrapped edge to the peripheral side surface of the preliminary embryo of the racket to form a finished product.
