    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a minimization of drive tests measurement method and apparatus. The method includes: determining, by a user equipment, according to an MDT triggering parameter, whether to acquire an MDT measurement value, where the MDT triggering parameter includes at least one of the following: an SINR, a data rate, a packet loss rate of a voice service, a data packet latency, or service interruption time; acquiring, by the user equipment, the MDT measurement value when it is determined to acquire the MDT measurement; and sending, by the user equipment, the MDT measurement value to a network side. The minimization of drive tests measurement methods and devices in the embodiments of the present application are capable of avoiding that a user equipment reports a large amount of useless information, and reducing burdens on an air interface and a network side.

    Abstract: This application provides a wireless connection control method relating to a base station system including a centralized unit and a distributed unit, wherein the centralized unit communicates with the distributed unit, and the distributed unit communicates with a terminal through an air interface. The method includes: first receiving, by the distributed unit, a first message sent by the terminal, where the first message is used to request to establish an air interface control plane connection for the terminal; then sending, by the distributed unit, the first message to the centralized unit; and then receiving, by the distributed unit, a second message sent by the centralized unit, where the second message is used to instruct to establish the air interface control plane connection between the terminal and the distributed unit. The method may implement wireless connection control in a 5G system when functions of a base station are separated.

The method includes: acquiring, by a user terminal, WLAN group information, where the WLAN group information indicates at least one WLAN group; determining, by the user terminal, whether at least one WLAN in the WLAN group satisfies WLAN measurement configuration information; and reporting, by the user terminal, a measurement result of the at least one WLAN in the WLAN group to a base station when the at least one WLAN in the WLAN group satisfies the WLAN measurement configuration information. Therefore, a signaling resource can be saved, thereby reducing signaling load caused by simultaneous reporting of a large quantity of WLAN measurement results.

    Abstract: This application discloses an information transmission method in a communication system. According to the method, a master base station sends a request message to a secondary base station for requesting to transfer one or more flows from the master base station to the secondary base station for transmission to a terminal device. The request message carries one or both of identification information of each flow, and information of a data radio bearer (DRB) associated with each flow. The master base station receives a response message from the secondary base station, indicating whether each of the one or more flows is admitted or rejected by the secondary base station. Based on the identification information of the flows, DRBs are mapped to the flows. QoS management of information transmission is more refined, and requirements of 5G communication systems for QoS management of information transmission in a dual connectivity scenario can be met.
