The apparatus also may include a fusion network that obtains a fusion output value based on the ensemble learning results of the first network and the second network. The apparatus also may include a target network that learns the second image to imitate the fusion output value.

Abstract: An apparatus for building a deep learning model for image learning includes a first deep learning model configured to obtain a first spatial feature map and a first heatmap including center information of an object belonging to an image by learning the image. The apparatus also includes a second deep learning model configured to perform imitation learning on the first deep learning model. The second deep learning model may obtain a second spatial feature map by learning the image and perform learning such that the second spatial feature map imitates the first spatial feature map. The second deep learning model may also obtain a second heatmap including a center of the object and perform learning such that the second heatmap imitates the first heatmap.

In certain embodiments, a front-end system includes a filter, a low noise amplifier (LNA), and a switch interposed between the filter and an input to the LNA. The front-end system further includes a power amplifier that is coupled to the switch. Additionally, in a second state of the switch, the filter serves to filter an amplified radio frequency transmit signal provided by the power amplifier. In the present disclosure, a semiconductor processing system, comprising a reaction chamber, a gate valve coupled to the reaction chamber and a controller operably connected to the gate valve and configured to open and close the gate valve, wherein the controller further configured to calculate an average operation time of the gate valve, set parameters, measure an operation time of the gate valve, and determine the gate valve to be abnormal if the operation time of the gate valve is not within normal range based on the parameters. With the present disclosure, the gate valves can be monitored in real time, which may enable a better substrate processing and better wafer quality.
