  • Publication number: 20090100562
Abstract: A rubber heatproof mitten is essentially a bag. The bag is shaped as cone-like and has an open end, a closed end, an outer surface, an inner surface, two heatproof braces, a wave section, multiple top ribs and at least one outer rib. The closed end is formed on a narrow side of the cone-like bag and has a finger section and a thumb section. The finger section and the thumb section both have a palm side surface. The two heatproof braces are respectively formed on the palm side surfaces. Each heatproof brace has an enhancement layer, multiple connecting ribs and multiple nubs. The wave section is integrally formed between the closed end and the open end of the bag. The top ribs are separately formed longitudinally on the inner surface of the bag. The outer rib is formed on the outer surface of the bag.

  • Publication number: 20070045304
Abstract: A food preservation device has a cover made of silicone and a valve mounted through the cover, and the cover includes a plate with a skirt. The valve has a T-shaped air passage. The silicone cover has flexibility and elasticity, and further possesses heat resistance feature whereby food can be heated in a micro-wave oven or bamboo steamer, and the T-shaped air passage communicates with ambient air, whereby the container will not accumulate excessive heat, nor will fluid in the food splash out.

  • Publication number: 20060200892
Abstract: A heatproof mitten is essentially a bag and has an outer surface, an inner surface, an open end, a closed end, multiple nubs, multiple slots, multiple top ribs and multiple bottom ribs. The closed end has a finger end and a thumb end that allow a person's four fingers and a thumb to slide into the heatproof mitten. The nubs protrude from the outer surface at the closed end and reduce the surface area of the heatproof mitten in contact with a hot dish. The slots are formed in the outer surface of the bag between the closed end and the open end to make the heatproof mitten more flexible around a person's wrist. The ribs are formed longitudinally on the inner surface of the bag to form an air gap between a person's hand and the inner surface to make putting on and taking off the heatproof mitten easier.
