The locking member is mounted on the housing and slidable between a first position where the locking member engages with the housing and the battery cover and a second position where the locking member detaches with the housing and the battery cover relative to the housing. The switch is rotatably mounted on the housing. The switch engages with the locking member. The rotation of the switch urges the locking member to slide from the first position to a second position.
