    Abstract: A system for printed circuit board layout includes a processing unit and a memory unit. The memory unit stores physical node data and virtual node data. The processing unit is electrically coupled to the memory unit and configured to execute steps of a method for printed circuit board layout. In particular, the physical node data of a printed circuit board (PCB) is acquired. The physical node data include a plurality of data structure and coordinate points of the physical nodes. The virtual node data of the PCB is acquired. The virtual node data include a plurality of data structure of the virtual nodes. A corresponding relation of the physical nodes and the virtual nodes is determined according to the physical node data and the virtual node data. The virtual nodes are disposed at the physical node coordinate points according to the corresponding relation.

    Abstract: A method for detecting a preload residual rate involves: a. installing a temperature sensor on one of two preloaded elements; b. making the two preloaded elements to move with respect to each other, and recording a time-related temperature variation sensed by the temperature sensor, so as to obtain an initial temperature-rising curve; c. making the two preloaded elements to move with respect to each other, and recording a time-related temperature variation sensed by the temperature sensor, so as to obtain a detected temperature-rising curve; and d. comparing the initial and detected temperature-rising curves, so as to obtain the preload residual rate between the two preloaded elements of the step c to the step b. The method detects a preload residual rate applied to an object when the object is operating while being advantageous in terms of cost, service life, response and accuracy.

    Abstract: A light-emitting knob assembly is disclosed. The light-emitting knob assembly is disposed on a device for providing a heat source or a fire and includes a knob, a light-sensing plate, an axial bush, a base, and a light generating unit. The knob is utilized for being rotated to control the strength of the heat source or the strength of the fire of the device and driving the light-sensing plate and the axial bush to be rotated relative to the light generating unit. The light generating unit generates different brightnesses and/or different colors of lights to correspondingly display the strength of the heat source or the strength of the fire after the light-sensing plate is rotated. A user can distinguish the strength of the heat source or the strength of the fire via the light-emitting knob assembly from a distance.

Each retainer has an abutting face and two contacting faces. Each contacting face has an engaging rib arranged thereon to retain with each of the two locking recesses. Thereby, the at least two retainers are connected with the connection mount of the trolley, and each retainer has the abutting face. Thus, the at least two retainers position columnar or cylindrical goods stably when pushing the trolley, thus avoiding the goods dropping from the trolley.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a system and a method for extracting VF signal in ECG recorded during uninterrupted CPR. The present invention provides a method for extracting a Ventricular fibrillation (VF) signal in Electrocardiography (ECG), comprising: receiving an ECG signal; adding a plurality of shadowing functions to the ECG signal, to obtain a plurality of modification signals; decomposing the plurality of modification signals by using an Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method, to generate a plurality of Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs); calculating the sum of IMFs in different frequency regions based on time sequence, dividing by a number of the shadowing signal, to obtain a plurality of modification intrinsic mode functions; combining the plurality of modification IMFs with the same property, to obtain a shape function; modeling the shape functions to obtain a compression signal; and subtracting the compression signal from the ECG signal based on time sequence, to obtain the VF signal.

The spectral detection device receives the Raman spectrum signal generated when the target bioparticle coupled with the Raman barcode bead is irradiated, and transfers the received Raman spectrum signal to the processor. The processor determines a type of the bioparticle(s) and calculates the number of bioparticle(s) by matching the Raman spectrum signal(s) to the Raman barcode database.

    Abstract: Compositions and methods for reconstituting a protein of interest in the plasma membrane of a Xenopus oocyte are disclosed. The method generally includes combining a preassembled membrane protein or proteins with a liposome to prepare a proteo-liposome. The proteo-liposome can have a specific composition of lipids. The proteo-liposome is incubated for sufficient time and under conditions suitable for the protein of interest to fold, associate with, or insert into the liposome's lipid bilayer. In some embodiments, the protein or proteins assemble into a protein channel or complex on or in the proteo-liposome's membrane. The treated oocytes can be used to determine the structure, function, or activity of the membrane protein of interest, the effect of a lipid microenvironment on a membrane protein of interest, or to identify compounds that modulate the function or activity of the membrane protein of interest.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a double-sided grating waveguide biosensor. The double-sided grating waveguide biosensor is used to sense the properties of a sample solution. The double-sided grating waveguide biosensor comprises a sequential stack of a plastic grating having a grating part, a waveguide layer having a double-sided grating structure, and a channel chip. Furthermore, the sample solution is guided into the channel chip; the light beam is coupled into the waveguide layer via the double-sided grating structure, propagates in the waveguide layer, and penetrates outward. The double-sided waveguide biosensor detects the properties of the sample solution via a variation of a light beam intensity of the outgoing light beam.
