    Abstract: A photolithography system utilizes tin droplets to generate extreme ultraviolet radiation for photolithography. The photolithography system irradiates the droplets with a laser. The droplets become a plasma and emit extreme ultraviolet radiation. The photolithography system senses contamination of a collector mirror by the tin droplets and adjusts the flow of a buffer fluid to reduce the contamination.

The device may further determine to use a single frame image capture technique based on a determination that the preview image is not an HDR scene, and determine to use one of a plurality of HDR image capture techniques based on a determination that the preview image is an HDR scene, and further based on motion detected in the preview image. The device may then generate an output image using one or more images captured using the single frame image capture technique or one of the plurality of HDR image capture techniques.

The circuit also includes a switching controller configured to generate the PWM signal in response to a ramp signal. The ramp signal can have an amplitude of a slope that is proportional to a decay rate of a magnetizing current of the transformer and generated in response to feedback from the power stage. The switch can be activated in response to the switching voltage having an amplitude of approximately zero volts based on the amplitude of the ramp signal.

    Abstract: An avalanche-protected field effect transistor includes, within a semiconductor substrate, a body semiconductor layer and a doped body contact region having a doping of a first conductivity type, and a source region a drain region having a doping of a second conductivity type. A buried first-conductivity-type well may be located within the semiconductor substrate. The buried first-conductivity-type well underlies, and has an areal overlap in a plan view with, the drain region, and is vertically spaced apart from the drain region, and has a higher atomic concentration of dopants of the first conductivity type than the body semiconductor layer. The configuration of the field effect transistor induces more than 90% of impact ionization electrical charges during avalanche breakdown to flow from the source region, to pass through the buried first-conductivity-type well, and to impinge on a bottom surface of the drain region.

    Abstract: Managing noise during an online conference session includes obtaining audio data from an endpoint participating in an online conference session. The audio data is derived from audio captured at the endpoint that includes musical sounds. The audio data is processed to identify a portion of the audio data in which a decibel level of the musical sounds is stable for a period of time. Non-musical noise present, if any, in the audio data with the musical sounds is identified and the non-musical noise is attenuated from the audio data to generate noise-reduced musical audio data. The noise-reduced musical audio data is transmitted for play out at one or more other endpoints participating in the online conference session.
