Abstract: A halogen- and phosphorus-free thermosetting resin composition is provided, which is mainly a varnish resin formed by mixing a mixture of two curing agents, an epoxy resin mixture, and an inorganic additive. The mixture of two curing agents is formed by mixing a phenolphthalein modified benzoxazine phenol aldehyde curing agent and an amino triazine novolak, and the epoxy resin mixture is formed by mixing an epoxy resin having an oxazolidone ring or a polyamide-imide-modified epoxy resin and a Bisphenol F epoxy resin.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a polyimide laminate and a method for fabricating the same. In the disclosed method, a polyimide film having a thermally-conductive filler distributed homogenously therein is prepared, the polyimide film is characterized in having a thermal conductivity greater than 0.3 W/m-° C. Then, at least one metal film is subsequently deposited on one or both sides of the polyimide film by electroplating, electroless plating, evaporation, sputtering or lamination and thereby forming the desired polyimide laminate.

Abstract: An electronic device. A fixed base is fixed to a host. A first rotating base is rotatably disposed on the fixed base and rotates in a first direction with respect to the fixed base. A second rotating base is rotatably disposed on the first rotating base and rotates in a second direction with respect to the first rotating base. The central rotating axis of the second direction is perpendicular to that of the first direction. A supporting frame is rotatably connected to the second rotating base and rotates in a third direction with respect to the second rotating base. The central rotating axis of the third direction is perpendicular to that of the second direction. A monitor is connected to the supporting frame and rotates in the first, second, and third directions with respect to the host by the first rotating base, second rotating base, and supporting frame, respectively.

The first pivot is disposed in the fixed base and separated from the second pivot. The central axis of the first pivot is perpendicular to that of the second pivot. The rotating base rotates in a first direction with respect to the fixed base by way of the first pivot. A monitor is rotatably connected to the rotating base. The second pivot of the rotating base is disposed in the monitor. The monitor rotates in a second direction with respect to the rotating base by way of the second pivot. The central rotating axis of the second direction is perpendicular to that of the first direction.

Abstract: A cushion includes a resilient seat body having an upper surface formed with a central depression and an inner periphery which defines the central depression. A retaining member is disposed on the upper surface of the seat body in the depression and is retained therein by the inner periphery of the seat body. The retaining member is made of a flexible material and is formed with an array of positioning holes. A plurality of cylindrical cooling stubs are made of stone. Each of the cooling stubs has a lower portion received fittingly in a respective one of the positioning holes. A conduit unit is embedded in the seat body for permitting passage of a cooling medium therein for cooling the cylindrical cooling stubs.
