    Abstract: A lead frame assembly includes two lead frames detachably coupled to each other. Each lead frame has an insulating frame, several signal terminals fixed on the insulating frame, and a ground terminal fixed on the insulating frame. One of the ground terminals has a shielding sheet and several groups of elastic arms, and the shielding sheet and the elastic arms are protruding from the corresponding insulating frame; another ground terminal has several shielding portions protruding from the corresponding insulating frame. The ground terminals are contact with each other along a shielding direction, and the groups of elastic arms are respectively abutted against the shielding portions. In a space, which is surroundingly defined by the contour of the shielding sheet extending along the shielding direction, the shielding direction passes through at least one of the shielding sheet, the elastic arms, and the shielding portions.

The intervening layer is located within the terminal layer, between and spaced from the top and bottom surfaces, is oriented to be perpendicular to current flow, and is less than one tenth the thickness of the terminal layer. The terminal layer and the intervening layer include a common semiconductive compound and a common dopant, with a concentration of the dopant in the intervening layer being over ten times an average concentration of the dopant in the terminal layer.

The ITO strip is connected between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The glass layer includes an ITO covering portion and a peripheral output bus surrounding the ITO covering portion. The resistance touch panel defines a Cartesian coordinate system for locating a touch point thereon, each touch point spatially corresponding to a given position on the ITO strip, the power supply generates a given voltage at given position of the ITO strip, the output bus transmits a signal associated with the voltage to an outside processor.     Abstract: A cylindrical bonding structure and its method of manufacture. The cylindrical bonding structure is formed over the bonding pad of a silicon chip and the chip is flipped over to connect with a substrate board in the process of forming a flip-chip package. The cylindrical bonding structure mainly includes a conductive cylinder and a solder block. The conductive cylinder is formed over the bonding pad of the silicon chip and the solder block is attached to the upper end of the conductive cylinder. The solder block has a melting point lower than the conductive cylinder. The solder block can be configured into a cylindrical, spherical or hemispherical shape. To fabricate the cylindrical bonding structure, a patterned mask layer having a plurality of openings that correspond in position to the bonding pads on the wafer is formed over a silicon wafer. Conductive material is deposited into the openings to form conductive cylinders and finally a solder block is attached to the end of each conductive cylinder.

The second light and the first light are mixed into a predetermined light. The plurality of micro-structures is used to make the first light or the second light uniform.
