    Abstract: A vacuum baking mechanism with buffer treatment includes a substrate transport station, a first buffer chamber, and a vacuum baking chamber. The substrate transport station includes a transport conveyance module for substrates placing and taking operations. The first buffer chamber includes a first buffer gate, a plurality of first conveyance modules, and a first baking doorway for respectively receiving or outputting each substrate through the first buffer gate or the first baking doorway. The vacuum baking chamber includes a first baking gate connected with the first baking doorway, and a baking module for vacuum baking the substrates. With such configuration, the present disclosure improves the baking efficiency of the vacuum baking chamber and the yield of the substrate processing operation.

    Abstract: A pump for boosting and transporting a liquid, includes a housing, a gear rotor device, at least one cover and a motor. A transportation chamber is defined in the housing. An inlet and an outlet are defined in the housing and respectively in communication with the transportation chamber. The gear rotor device is received in the transportation chamber. The gear rotor device includes first and second gears meshing with each other. The at least one cover covers and seals at least one side of the housing. The motor is mounted on one cover with a shaft thereof rotatably connecting with one of the first and second gears. Through a full compression by the gear rotor device, the liquid transportation is in a positive displacement and the liquid is pressurized by the gear rotor device whereby the pump has high head and therefore efficiently transports the liquid.

The slurry expressing and liquid displacing device includes a expressing mechanism, a displacing mechanism, a blender, a collecting tube, and first and second storage troughs. The expressing mechanism includes a first helical transmission shaft having a compression zone for transporting and efficiently compressing the slurry. The displacing mechanism includes a second helical transmission shaft rotatably connected with the first helical transmission for connecting with displacing liquid such as water. A plurality of through holes is disposed at the side surface of the second helical transmission shaft to radially spray through for facilitating the displacing liquid to flow out therethrough.
