The one or more controllers fuse together the audio-based indicator, the OMS indicator, the restraint-based indicator, and the motion-based indicator to determine an incident severity indicator corresponding to the one or more occupants.

    Abstract: A seat for a vehicle includes a frame defining opposing side members and an anti-submarining belt. The anti-submarining belt defines a first end portion, a second end portion, a stowed position, and a deployed position. The first end portion of the anti-submarining belt is fixedly attached to one of the opposing side members of the frame. The anti-submarining belt includes slack when in the stowed position and is pulled taut into the deployed position. The seat includes a seat cushion defining a compressed state and an uncompressed state. The seat cushion rests against anti-submarining belt and is in the uncompressed state when the anti-submarining belt is in the stowed position and is compressed into the compressed state by the anti-submarining belt as the anti-submarining belt is pulled taut into the deployed position. The seat includes a pretensioner connected to the second end portion of the anti-submarining belt.

An FPGA may be configured with a plurality of engines configured for performing secondary analysis. The FPGA may be configured with a single instance comprising different types of engines for performing different types of secondary analysis. The FPGA may be configured with multiple instances of an engine, or set of engines, configured to perform the same or similar type of secondary analysis. The FPGA may share its resources with multiple client processes using one or more shared engines.

When the guiding member rotates, the guiding grooves respectively engage selected ones of the projecting rods in a manner where the selected ones of the projecting rods respectively slide along the guiding grooves, thereby driving the disk body portion to rotate.
