    Abstract: A bit line architecture for dual-port static random-access memory (DP SRAM) is provided. An array of memory cells is arranged in rows and columns, and comprises a first subarray and a second subarray. A first pair of complementary bit lines (CBLs) extends along a column, from a first side of the array, and terminates between the first and second subarrays. A second pair of CBLs extends from the first side of the array, along the column, to a second side of the array. The CBLs of the second pair of CBLs have stepped profiles between the first and second subarrays. A third pair of CBLs and a fourth pair of CBLs extend along the column. The first and third pairs of CBLs electrically couple to memory cells in the first subarray, and the second and fourth pairs of CBLs electrically couple to memory cells in the second subarray.

    Abstract: A proximity sensor includes a substrate, a light source, a finger electrode, an active layer, and a transparent electrode layer. The substrate has opposite top and bottom surfaces. The light source faces toward the bottom surface of the substrate. The finger electrode is located on the top surface of the substrate, and has finger portions and gaps between every two adjacent finger portions. The active layer covers the finger electrode, and is located in the gaps. The transparent electrode layer is located on the active layer. When the light source emits light, the light through the gaps sequentially passes through the active layer and the transparent electrode layer onto a reflective surface. The light is reflected by the reflective surface to form reflected light, and the reflected light passes through the transparent electrode layer and is received by the active layer.

In some examples, after forming the graphene layer, the first dielectric layer is patterned to form an opening in the first dielectric layer that exposes a portion of the back surface of the substrate. Thereafter, while using the patterned first dielectric layer as a mask, an etching process may be performed to the back surface of the substrate to form a pellicle having a pellicle membrane that includes the graphene layer.
