The first connection portion is electrically connected to the first gate block and the second gate block. At least a gap is formed between the first gate block and the second gate block. The display panel includes the first substrate, the gate driving circuit, a second substrate, and a sealant. The second substrate is disposed corresponding to the first substrate. The sealant is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate.

Thus, a string makes a circle around the circumference, whereby the string is marked an index corresponding to the fixed post, and then the string straightens along the straightedge, and a length of the circumference of the disk is obtained according to relative positions of the scales and the index.

Sides of the buoy are provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, which respectively connect with a tube body and a three-way tube. The tube body and the three-way tube are respectively provided with two valves. Each valve connects with a floating ball. When the buoy sinks in the water tank, each floating ball floats to close the valves, so that the liquid within the buoy is drained from a side through hole of the three-way tube to raise the buoy to a water level of the liquid, and each floating ball looses the valves, and the liquid flows into the buoy through the water inlet, and the buoy sinks in the water tank again. The buoy endlessly floats and sinks to generate electricity.

The tube includes a cavity used to contain a reaction solution. The reaction solution has a liquid level measured from a bottom of the cavity to a top surface of the reaction solution. The temperature control unit is disposed adjacent to the tube for controlling the temperature of the reaction solution. The at least one light source provides a light beam passing through an incident portion of the tube to excite the reaction solution emitting a fluorescent light. The incident portion is located at a height greater than ½ of a liquid level. The sensor is adjacent to the tube for detecting the excited fluorescence. The light beam has an incident direction forming a non-straight angle with a long axis of the tube.

    Abstract: In a cutting device for cutting a round, a transparent substrate is arranged on an object to be cut. A sleeving tube is arranged on the transparent substrate. An end of a transverse rod penetrates through the sleeving rod and extends to over the object. The position of the transverse rod in the sleeving rod is adjusted by a locking member. The other end of the transverse rod is fixed to a cutting assembly. The cutting assembly selectively touches the object. A rotating assembly is combined with the transparent substrate and penetrates through the transparent substrate. When the rotating assembly is pressed to touch the object and the rotating assembly rotates on the object to rotate the transparent substrate, the transverse rod moves the cutting assembly to perform a round-cutting operation on the object or paint a round line on the object.

Thereafter, while using the patterned first dielectric layer as a mask, an etching process may be performed to the back surface of the substrate to form a pellicle having a pellicle membrane that includes the graphene layer.
