    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a superhydrophobic and self-cleaning anticoagulant composite coating material and a preparation method and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of biomedical materials. In the coating material provided by the present disclosure, a titanium dioxide nanotube-based structure increases microscopic roughness of a surface of a titanium-based metal substrate, and a hydrophobic modification layer reduces surface energy of the material. The rough structure and the hydrophobic modification layer have a synergistic effect to construct a superhydrophobic surface, making the surface of the material have self-cleaning characteristics and low adhesion. Air can be retained on the surface of the material to form an air layer, thereby reducing the contact area between the material and bacteria and platelets in the blood, and inhibiting adhesion of the bacteria, platelets, and plasma proteins to the material.

    Abstract: A method for rapidly detecting pesticides based on thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and enzyme inhibition principles. The method includes the following steps: cutting a TLC plate into a rectangle, and using one end of the rectangle to contact a sample extract to form a pesticide residue separation area; covering the other end of the rectangle with a small piece cut from filter paper or glass fiber and fixing on a piece of enzyme inhibition reaction test paper to form a pesticide enrichment area; pasting a side of the enzyme inhibition reaction test paper away from the pesticide residue separation area with a piece of filter paper immobilized with a chromogenic agent to form a substrate color development area; and performing color reaction.

    Abstract: A novel method to operate a switching regulator is presented. The method includes the generation of at least two reference signals. A first reference signal is a constant DC voltage signal and a second reference signal is a periodic ramp sawtooth signal at a given frequency. It also includes the generation of a feedback signal by using the output voltage of the switching regulator. In one method, a capacitor is either charged by a bias current or discharged by a switch. A first comparator is configured to compare a first constant DC reference voltage signal to a feedback signal. A second comparator is configured to compare a periodic ramp sawtooth signal to a voltage signal on the capacitor. In an alternative method, a comparator is configured to compare the feedback signal to either the periodic ramp sawtooth reference signal or the constant DC reference signal depending on the switching operation of the switching regulator. The periodic ramp sawtooth reference signal can be either positive or negative.
