    Abstract: The invention discloses 1-butyl-2-hydroxyl aralkyl piperazine derivatives and their use as antidepressants. The derivatives of the present invention have triple inhibition effect on the reuptake of 5-HT, NA and DA, and can be administrated to the patients in need thereof in form of composition by route of oral administration, injection and the like. Compared with clinically currently used dual targets antidepressants (such as venlafaxine), said derivatives may have stronger antidepression effect, broader indications, faster onset and lower neurotoxicity and side reaction; and said derivatives have stronger antidepression activity, lower toxicity, higher bioavailability, longer half life and better druggablity, compared with aryl alkanol piperazine derivatives and optical isomers thereof disclosed in prior art.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a system for magnetic induction tomography, the system comprising: at least one transmitting coil for generating a primary magnetic field to be applied to the object of interest; and at least one measurement coil arrangement for measuring electric signals induced by a secondary magnetic field which is generated by the object of interest in response to the primary magnetic field, wherein the at least one measurement coil arrangement comprises a plurality of measurement coils which are positioned in substantially the same plane. By using a plurality of independent measurement coils positioned in a plane so as to replace a conventional single measurement coil, the measurement coil across which the measured difference voltage is most sensitive to a change of the secondary magnetic field can be selected for calculating the change of conductivity distribution, resulting in an improved sensitivity of a MIT system.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a silver-containing nanostructure which can reduce the time required for a post treatment step and the amount of a waste material and which is achieved by the application of the reduction reaction of silver oxide; and a silver-containing nanostructure having a specific structure, which can be produced by the method. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a silver-containing nanostructure, including dispersing a polymeric compound in which a hydrophilic segment is bonded to a polyalkyleneimine chain in a medium, adding silver oxide thereto, and carrying out a reduction reaction of the silver oxide, thereby obtaining a silver-containing nanostructure. In the method, a structure having a branched structure can be produced when a specific compound is used as a complexing agent. The silver-containing nanostructure thus produced can be used as a conductive paste or the like.

    Abstract: A silica nanofiber is derived from a crystalline polymer filament of a polymer including straight chain polyethyleneimine backbones, which is capable of forming a water-insoluble crystal in the presence of water molecules at room temperature, and the crystalline polymer filament in the silica concentrates metal ions, thereby realizing a composite nanofiber including metals or metal ions in the silica. Furthermore, the composite nanofiber of the present invention can be easily produced by fixing a polymer structure in the silica as the scaffold for metal ions and concentrating metal ions at the scaffold or reducing the metal ions. Furthermore, a metal-containing silica nanofiber can be easily obtained by removing a polymer component from the composite nanofiber, the composite nanofiber association, and the complex nanofiber structure. These nanofibers can be assembled and integrated, and the assembled or integrated association or structure can realize various shapes.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an organic-inorganic composite microparticle containing a metal complex, which has multiple needle-like structures on the surface and includes the metal complex therein; and a method for producing the microparticle in a simple manner. By using a metal complex made from a polymer having a linear polyethyleneimine chain and a metal ion, a composite microparticle which has the metal complex in silica and has a micro-needle-like structures on the surface can be derived, thus a microparticle having needle-like structures on the surface is obtained, wherein there are nano-sized multiple needle-like structures on the surface of the microparticle. The needle-like structures on the surface and the spatial structure of the resulting microparticle can be controlled by varying the species of the metal ion and the types of the substrate medium for the metal complex.
