    Abstract: A high-precision positioning system for a monorail hoist in a mine includes two gear carriers symmetrically arranged on both sides of an I-beam track. Each of the gear carriers includes a positioning wheel and a plurality of travelling wheels. The travelling wheels are travelling on an upper end face of a bottom plate of the I-beam track, and the positioning wheel is in engagement transmission with a rack at a lower end of the bottom plate of the I-beam track. The gear carriers include an installation bracket and a connecting seat configured to connect the monorail hoist. The installation bracket includes an inertial measuring unit and a single-chip microcomputer that are electrically connected with each other. The positioning wheel includes a rotation angle sensor and the rotation angle sensor is electrically connected to the single-chip microcomputer. A headstock at both ends of the monorail hoist includes a coordinate updating unit.

The techniques described include: acquiring a three-dimensional image of a calibration plate captured by a three-dimensional camera, where the calibration plate includes a positioning marker, and the calibration plate has a predetermined distance from an X-ray tube; determining first three-dimensional coordinates of the positioning marker in a three-dimensional camera coordinate system on the basis of the three-dimensional image; determining second three-dimensional coordinates of the positioning marker in an X-ray tube coordinate system on the basis of the distance; and determining, on the basis of the first three-dimensional coordinates and the second three-dimensional coordinates, a transformation matrix adapted to calibrate the three-dimensional camera. The described techniques may address the system error caused by the coordinate system difference.

    Abstract: An automatic leveling type maintenance platform for a high-temperature gas cooled reactor is provided. A floating plate is automatically leveled by using a leveling liquid, and during leveling, only a water driving assembly needs to be controlled to drive a housing to be close to an inner bottom surface of a liquid storage groove, and a sliding block assembly and a lifting guide mechanism are controlled to be locked and fixed after the floating plate is leveled. In this way, complex and time-consuming fine adjustment control does not need to be performed, and the floating plate can implement automatic and rapid leveling and locking operation, so that a leveling effect is better. When the maintenance platform is used in a spherical top cap of a pressure vessel of the high-temperature gas cooled reactor for maintenance operation, support legs of a support assembly do not need to perform telescopic motion.

    Abstract: An IFN-anti-PD-L1 fusion protein, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit containing the same for treating tumors are disclosed. The IFN-anti-PD-L1 fusion protein of the present invention can simultaneously target PD-L1 and IFN receptors, and the activation of IFN signals in a tumor microenvironment (TME) can enhance the PD-1/PD-L1 therapy against tumors by inducing stronger T cell activation. The anti-PD-L1 antibody can be used to specifically deliver immunomodulatory molecules to tumor tissues, and the fusion protein results in the generation of multiple feedforward responses, which can increase the targeting effect, reduce the toxicity, and enhance the response to IFN therapy, thereby maximizing the anti-tumor effect.
