    Abstract: A cell purification module, configured to purify multiple cells from a fluid sample is provided. The cell purification module includes a hollow column, multiple hollow fiber membranes, at least one first magnetic component, a fluid sample inlet end, and a fluid sample outlet end. The hollow column has a first opening, a second opening, and an accommodating space connecting the first opening and the second opening. The hollow fiber membranes are disposed in the accommodating space and each hollow fiber membrane has multiple pores. The first magnetic component is disposed at a periphery of the hollow column. The fluid sample inlet end and the fluid sample outlet end are respectively disposed at two ends of the hollow column. The hollow fiber membranes extend in an axial direction of the hollow column, and are arranged in a radial direction of the hollow column. A cell purification system is also provided.

    Abstract: Examples of computing devices for authenticating a write request to a controller of a computing device are described herein, in an example, a computing device may include a controller having a first authentication key and a firmware having a copy of the first authentication key. The copy of the first authentication key being editable. The controller may randomly generate a second authentication key. Using the first authentication key and the second authentication key, the controller may compute a first hash value. The firmware may compute a second hash value using the copy of the first authentication key and the second authentication key. When the controller receives a write request, the controller may compare the first hash value and the second hash value and allow the write request upon successful comparison.

In an example, a POST code corresponding to each test of a Power ON Self-Test (POST) process may be stored in a Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) chip of a motherboard. The POST code may be indicative of a status of a respective test of the POST process. The POST code corresponding to each test of the POST process is simultaneously stored in a memory of an electronic tag. The electronic tag may be communicatively coupled to the motherboard and the CMOS chip. The POST codes are retrievable from the memory of the electronic tag by an end user of the computing device when the motherboard is powered OFF.

    Abstract: An IFN-anti-PD-L1 fusion protein, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit containing the same for treating tumors are disclosed. The IFN-anti-PD-L1 fusion protein of the present invention can simultaneously target PD-L1 and IFN receptors, and the activation of IFN signals in a tumor microenvironment (TME) can enhance the PD-1/PD-L1 therapy against tumors by inducing stronger T cell activation. The anti-PD-L1 antibody can be used to specifically deliver immunomodulatory molecules to tumor tissues, and the fusion protein results in the generation of multiple feedforward responses, which can increase the targeting effect, reduce the toxicity, and enhance the response to IFN therapy, thereby maximizing the anti-tumor effect.
