The first indication information is used to trigger, activate, or configure a positioning measurement window, the first indication information is used to cancel triggering, activation, or configuration of a positioning measurement window, or the first indication information is used to update positioning measurement window configuration. The method further includes performing a positioning behavior based on the first indication information.
