    Abstract: A head-up display device operated in a vehicle comprises: a first image source and a second image source, a beam-splitter located in between. In an embodiment, two virtual images located at different positions simultaneously while both of the first and the second image sources have linear polarization but mutual orthogonal or both have an opposite-hand circular polarization associated with a corresponding polarization type beam splitter. In the second embodiment, the polarizing beam splitter is replaced by a transparent/mirror element so that one virtual image could be seen by the driver depending on the mode been selected. In the third embodiment, the beam-splitter is replaced by a mechanical movable shielding element. While the mechanical movable shielding element is disposed in the optical plane to block out the first image light, the second virtual image is chosen.

    Abstract: An intelligent device is configured to provide relevant information related to an image. The intelligent device includes a sensor module, an activation module, an image capture module, an image recognition module, and an information providing module. The sensor module includes a magnetometer and a gyroscope. The magnetometer detects a direction of a gesture relative to the intelligent device. The gyroscope detects at least one angular velocity of the gesture. The activation module determines the gesture according to the direction and the angular velocities, and generates an activating signal according to the gesture determined. The image capture module captures the image according to the activation signal. The image recognition module identifies the image to retrieve relevant information related to the image. The information providing module provides the relevant information.

The fluorescent material is arranged in the fluorescent region and excited by an excitation light to emit a visible light to form an image. The above-mentioned display screen allows a viewer to see the images formed by the fluorescent region and the environmental image at the other side of display screen. A display system including the above-mentioned display screen is also disclosed.

    Abstract: An electric rivet nut tool has a motor, a torque adjuster and a control device. The control device drives the motor to rotate a driving shaft so as to set a rivet nut. The torque adjuster serves to adjust a preset torque value. When a torque generated by the driving shaft exceeds the preset torque value of the torque adjuster and it represents that the rivet nut setting job is completed, the torque adjuster then displace for the control device to detect the displacement and drive the motor to reversely rotate. Given the torque adjuster and the control device, the problems of being time-consuming, inefficient, increasing in cost and damage prone to rivet nut or motor upon setting rivet nut because of the manual switch of forward or reverse rotation of an electric rivet nut tool can be effectively resolved.

    Abstract: A method of constructing tooth images utilizes a probe to take images of teeth at one place using a first light ray of wavelength less than or equal to 460 nm and a second light ray of wavelength greater than or equal to 600 nm, thereby generating a first image and a second image. After receiving the first image and the second image, an image processing unit superimposes the first image and the second image to produce a composite tooth image. Using the light of wavelength less than or equal to 460 nm has the advantage of reducing reflection disturbance from saliva, thereby increasing the precision in tooth images.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sectional dynamic-driving backlight module and a head-up display device thereof. The sectional dynamic-driving backlight module comprises an optical-directional lens unit and an optical-homogenizing unit. The optical-directional lens unit is provided for converging the light beams emitted by the light source assemblies in the backlight module into light beams with a smaller divergent angle, and the optical-homogenizing unit is used for further homogenizing the light beams, so as to make all display regions of the LCD show a uniform illumination. Therefore, all images showed on an eyebox of the driver are distinct. Besides, each of the light source assemblies consist a red-light LED chip, a green-light LED chip, a blue-light LED chip, and a white-light LED chip, and these LED chips may be controlled by a controlling PCB for lighting respectively or simultaneously, so as to achieve a sectional dynamic display.

Then calculate a systolic pressure and a diastolic pressure according to the converted processed signal and also obtain a vasodilation constant. Thus a hardening of blood vessels is detected according to the vasodilation constant.

The above-mentioned projection screen with two or more optical characteristics, for example, can be at the same time as the front projection screen and the rear projection screen, or allows the user to watch background image behind the projection screen. The electrical pumping module is electrically connected to the gain medium. Therefore, the gain medium is able to emit a light beam, which bounces back and forth between the first reflector and the second reflector and forms a laser beam through enhanced by the gain medium. The two-photon absorption cell disposed between the gain medium and the second reflector includes a plurality of two-photon absorption mediums. The two-photon absorption mediums absorb a portion of the laser beam reflected between the first reflector and the second reflector and then emit fluorescence.
