Abstract: The present invention discloses a high step-down modular DC power supply, belonging to the field of power electronics technology, and the high step-down modular DC power supply includes an upper modular cascade circuit string, a lower modular cascade circuit string, a load, and an input source, where the upper modular cascade circuit string includes i upper sub-module circuits, and the lower modular cascade circuit string includes j lower sub-module circuits. A combination manner of module circuits includes: upper module string cascading, lower module string cascading, and hybrid cascading of the upper module string and the lower module string. The power supply is formed to be a high voltage step-down ratio power supply with high voltage direct current input and low voltage direct current output through modular cascading.

Abstract: A device for defibrillation and monitoring, a monitoring component, and a component for defibrillation and monitoring, are disclosed. The device for defibrillation and monitoring includes a host and a monitoring apparatus, which are assembled and disassembled through a detachably connection. The host is capable of independently performing defibrillation operations and display defibrillation information at least. Therefore, when it is necessary to go out for defibrillation operation alone, only the host is carried to medical assistance facilities. This monitoring apparatus can independently implement monitoring functions. When it is necessary to go out for implementing separate monitoring operations, just the monitoring apparatus is carried to the medical assistance facilities. Therefore, the user flexibly selects the devices they carry according to their requirements, improving the convenience of use.

Abstract: A push notification distribution system centralizes the management and delivery of push notifications to applications executing on electronic devices. Registration requests to register applications for push notifications may be aggregated and sent as an aggregated registration request. The delivery priority of push notifications may be managed according to specified preferences. Upon receiving a push notification intended for an electronic device, a delivery priority of the push notification may be changed if an application identifier associated with the push notification is found on a list of application identifiers with designed delivery priorities.

Abstract: An example embodiment may provide a method to be performed by a base station and/or a network node, and relevant devices. The method may include: acquiring channel related information of a target user equipment (UE); acquiring a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) determined based on MCS related information, the MCS related information being acquired by an artificial intelligence (AI) network based on the channel related information; and, transmitting the determined MCS to the target UE, the target UE comprising an edge UE, the number of MCS change value of the edge UE being greater than the number of MCS change value of a center UE. The steps in this scheme can be implemented by a trained artificial intelligence method. The corresponding MCS related information may be acquired by an AI network based on the channel related information of the target UE, and the MCS of the target UE may then be determined by using the acquired MCS related information.

In one or more implementations, the service-specific alias is associated with a conferencing service and a conferencing session. An initiating user can provide an invitation to the conferencing session with the service-specific alias, so that participants can contact the initiating user via the service-specific alias for permission to join the conferencing session (e.g., without revealing the permanent contact information of the initiating user). In this way, the privacy of the initiating user can be preserved.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to crystalline polymorphs of benfotiamine, its methods of preparation and its use thereof. Five crystalline polymorphs of benfotiamine are designated as crystalline forms A, B, C, D and E, and may be distinguished by their respective patterns of X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), raman spectroscopy, moreover by their diverse preparing process. The crystalline polymorphs of the present invention are useful as they act in treating Vitamin B1 deficiency, metabolic disorders, mental illness and disorders, diabetes complications, neurodegerative diseases. Further the present invention is a process for preparing and transforming diverse crystalline form of benfotiamine through different synthesis routes and varied solvents and combinations. The crystalline polymorphs of the present invention are basically pure.
