    Abstract: An essential oil of stems and leaves of Chuzhou chrysanthemum and its applications are provided. The essential oil is prepared by: taking and crushing fresh stems and leaves of the Chuzhou chrysanthemum by a crusher; putting the crushed stems and leaves into an extraction kettle, adding deionized water according to a ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, sealing, and connecting a cooling reflux and essential oil collection device; heating and starting counting when boiling, performing distillation extraction; then standing for cooling to room temperature, naturally layering the essential oil and water, discharging the water at a lower layer, and collecting the essential oil at an upper layer; and placing the essential oil in a brown bottle, adding anhydrous sodium sulfate to absorb water to obtain the essential oil of the stems and leaves of Chuzhou chrysanthemum.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a large language model (LLM) based AI agent that adopts Monte-Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) to execute a task. The LLM is prompted with a task description and it responds with its first attempted list of actions. Based on the success or failure of the first attempt, the LLM is prompted with an updated prompt which includes feedback from the first attempt based on a determined reward. The prompt may include a relative “score” for each action taken at each step. A numeric score may be mapped to a set of pre-defined text labels, such as “high” or “low” value putting the score in a form more suited for an LLM prompt. In this way, the LLM is iteratively given prompts which are updated with the scores from each action taken at each previous iterations so that it traverses different paths on the tree in each iteration.

    Abstract: The disclosure belongs to the technical field of well completion engineering in oil and gas engineering, and particularly relates to a high-flow-conductivity proppant and its preparation method. The high-flow-conductivity proppant includes dumbbell-shaped framework granules and an oil-soluble film coating layer coated on the surfaces of the framework granules; the oil-soluble film coating layer melts when meeting oil at the temperature of 30-120° C. The high-flow-conductivity proppant prepared by the method has low bulk density, and the problems that the traditional proppant cannot be transported to the far end of a crack, has poor flow conductivity and the like can be effectively solved.

A selected fiber bundle pathway is projected on a fiber connection result of the whole brain and finely segmented. The imaging indexes such as fractional anisotropy, mean diffusivity, intra-neurite volume fraction and orientation dispersion index are calculated from diffusion magnetic resonance data, so as to obtain the imaging index of each node of each fiber bundle pathway. These imaging indexes are configured to classify the disease group and the healthy group by a machine learning method, and which nodes on which fiber bundle pathways have abnormal changes with different diseases can be precisely located.
