    Abstract: A light-emitting diode includes an epitaxial structure and a first metal electrode. The epitaxial structure has a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto, and includes a first-type semiconductor layer, a light-emitting layer and a second-type semiconductor layer. The first-type semiconductor layer includes an ohmic contact layer which at least partially defines the first surface. The first metal electrode is disposed on the first surface, and includes a main electrode and auxiliary electrodes which are disposed on and electrically connected to the ohmic contact layer. The ohmic contact layer is made of AlxGayInP, where 0?x?1 or 0?y?1. In a top view of the light-emitting layer, a projection of each auxiliary electrode on the first surface is smaller than or equal to that of the ohmic contact layer on the first surface. A light-emitting divide including the light-emitting diode, and a method for manufacturing the light-emitting diode are also provided.

    Abstract: The energy storage module of the battery pack is located in the housing, the heat insulation panel is located between the energy storage module and the housing, the heat insulation panel includes a heat insulation layer and an outer packaging layer. The outer packaging layer wraps the outside of the heat insulation layer and compresses a thickness of the elastic heat, insulation layer, and a ventilation channel is formed between the heat insulation panel and the energy storage module. The outer packaging layer is configured to release compression of the elastic heat insulation layer when the energy storage module reaches a thermal runaway temperature, and the heat insulation panel is filled between the housing and the energy storage module, thereby slowing down a speed at which heat passes through a side panel and spreads to the outside of the battery pack along the ventilation channel.

The one-way clutch is located between the first floating gear and the first connection mechanism. An inner surface of the one-way clutch is connected to the first floating gear. An outer surface of the one-way clutch abuts against the first connection mechanism. The outer surface of the one-way clutch is connected to the first connection mechanism. An acting force of the outer surface directly acts on the first connection mechanism instead of a tooth surface of the first floating gear, to reduce an impact on accuracy of gear transmission.

    Abstract: The invention proposed a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method for any level cascaded H-bridge inverter. The multilevel space vector diagram is re-divided, and the coordinates of the nearest three vectors (NTVs) are directly obtained by judging the position of the reference vector. The duty cycles of the NTVs is calculated through additional vector which is equivalent to the reference vector. Then, the switching states are obtained by zero-sequence component and coordinate transformation, and the desired reference vector is synthesized for the SVPWM modulation. The invention realizes multilevel modulation in Cartesian coordinates without any iterative calculation, and the calculation is independent of the level number. Furthermore, the locating of the reference vector and the calculation of the duty cycles are simplified, and the calculation complexity is reduced.
