    Abstract: A two-speed transmission gearbox of an electric vehicle is provided, including an input shaft, a countershaft, a first clutch, and a second clutch. A first-gear input tooth and a second-gear input tooth are disposed on the input shaft. A first-gear output tooth and a second-gear output tooth are disposed on the countershaft, the first-gear output tooth can be in constant mesh with the first-gear input tooth, and the second-gear output tooth can be in constant mesh with the second-gear input tooth. The first clutch is disposed on the countershaft and connects the first-gear output tooth to the countershaft. The second clutch is disposed on the countershaft and connects the second-gear output tooth to the countershaft. Therefore, a risk of damage caused by the clutch due to a high rotation speed is reduced, response time and drag torque of the clutch are reduced.

    Abstract: A successive-approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) circuit includes a comparator circuit and a plurality of latch circuits. The comparator circuit is configured to compare an analog signal with a plurality of reference levels. The latch circuits, coupled to the comparator circuit and connected in series, are triggered sequentially in response to a plurality of trigger signals, respectively, to store a comparator output of the comparator circuit and accordingly generate a digital signal. A first latch circuit and a second latch circuit of the latch circuits are triggered in response to a first trigger signal and a second trigger signal of the trigger signals, respectively. The first latch circuit is configured to generate the second trigger signal according to the comparator output stored in the first latch circuit.

The cloud service system then reconstructs the web application on the cloud service by automatically generating a user interface environment for the web application on the cloud service based on the manifest and importing each web part of the web parts to the cloud service. The cloud service system configures each web part and the user interface environment to interact as defined by the manifest. The user interface environment reconstructed on the cloud service replicates the appearance and functionality of the web application operating system in the source environment.

When making a super junction power device, impurity of a second conductive type may be implanted into an epitaxial layer of a first conductive type to form a floating island of the second conductive type and a pillar of the second conductive type successively through a super junction mask (or reticle) after forming the epitaxial layer of the first conductive type, directly through a well mask (or reticle) before or after forming a well of the second conductive type, and directly through a contact mask (or reticle) before or after forming a contact structure. Multiple epitaxial processes and deep trench etching process may not be needed. Therefore, the process is simple, the cost is low and yield and reliability are high.
