A processor generates a unique identifier for each action of the plurality of actions. A processor generates a unique string of the generated unique identifiers for each action of the plurality of actions. A processor determines that a portion of a pattern of the unique string matches, within a predetermined threshold, a portion of a pattern of a history of usage of a set of users of the application. A processor modifies a user interface of the application, for the user, based on the portion of the pattern of the matched unique string, within the predetermined threshold, the portion of the pattern of the history of usage.

Abstract: A data packet processing method, Where the method includes matching a received data packet in a flow table, and determining the received data packet as a newly-established data packet, where the newly-established data packet is a data packet that needs to be reported to a controller to determine a processing manner, determining a target priority of the newly-established data packet, and reporting the newly-established data packet to the controller according to the target priority. Priorities of data packets entering an OPENFLOW switch are determined, and for unsuccessfully matched data packets, a data packet having a high priority is forwarded preferentially according to the priorities, thereby ensuring that data having a high priority is not discarded.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of allocating a Physical Cell Identifier (PCI) is disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention allowing different cells to operate on different frequencies while eliminating or reducing risk of PCI conflicts. Thereby PCI allocation is provided that is effective also in a multi-frequency environment.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for determining a scrambling code conflict and an apparatus for determining a scrambling code conflict. The method includes: determining a serving cell before a handover of a user equipment fails, and determining a current serving cell of the user equipment; and comparing frequencies and scrambling codes of the current serving cell and a neighboring cell of the serving cell before the handover fails, and determining, according to a result of the comparing, that a scrambling code conflict exists between the current serving cell and the neighboring cell of the serving cell before the handover fails. A probability of a handover failure of a user equipment is reduced, so as to ensure that a service of the user equipment runs normally.

Abstract: The present application relates to a service transfer method, user equipment, and an access network device. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment, a public land mobile network identity PLMN ID and auxiliary information corresponding to the PLMN ID that are sent by a 3GPP access network entity, where the auxiliary information corresponding to the PLMN ID is used by the user equipment to perform service transfer to a wireless local area network WLAN that an operator corresponding to the PLMN ID allows the user equipment to access; and performing, by the user equipment, service transfer according to the PLMN ID and the auxiliary information corresponding to the PLMN ID. Technical solutions provided in embodiments of the present invention may increase a success rate of service transfer.

Abstract: A service transfer method and apparatus, and a service transfer processing method and apparatus relate to the field of mobile communications, are applied to a service transfer technology, and can improve utilization of network system resources. Peaks appear when infrared spectroscopy of the pyrroloquinoline quinine lithium salt crystal is at 3396.03 cm?1, 1652.70 cm?1, 1604.48 cm?1, 1500.35 cm?1, 1355.71 cm?1, 1243.86 cm?1, 1147.44 cm?1, 808.03 cm?1, 761.74 cm?1, and 570.83 cm?1.
