    Abstract: A plasma system for generating a plasma is generated. The plasma system includes a tube, a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The tube has a plasma jet opening, a first end surface and a second end surface. The plasma jet opening penetrates the wall of the tube. The plasma passes through the plasma jet opening and is emitted to the outside of the tube. The positive electrode has a side surface facing and adjacent to the tube. The negative electrode is separated from the positive electrode by a first predetermined distance. The negative electrode has a negative electrode side surface facing and adjacent to the tube. The first positive electrode and the first negative electrode are disposed between the first end surface and the second end surface, and a portion of the plasma jet opening is disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.

    Abstract: A water purification system performs a water purification process through physical sterilization, and at least includes a compression device and a decompression device.     Abstract: A method of driving plane light is used in a liquid crystal display. A plane light device includes a first substrate, a frame, a second substrate, a fluorescent layer, a plurality of spacers, and an outer electrode layer. A plane chamber is formed between the first substrate and the second substrate to filling mixed gases therein. The outer electrode layer includes a plurality of independent electrode pairs. The mixed gas is discharged by the fluorescent layer to produce a plurality of corresponding light emitting regions after driving respectively the plurality of electrode pairs. The plurality of light emitting regions have interval lines parallel or perpendicular to scanning lines of the liquid crystal display. The plurality of light emitting regions are opened synchronously, in series or alternately. The image blurry phenomenon displayed in the LCDs will be effectively improved caused by slow response of LCD's cells.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a mercury-free flat fluorescent lamp, which is comprised with two separated electric circuits in electron flow that are a driving electric circuit on a base plate glass and an internal electric circuit formed in a Xe chamber. The internal electric circuit receives the electric energy from the driving electric circuit by means of the surface-bound-charges that form with polarized charges in surface volume of insulator particles and the ionized Xe+ and e? charges in the Xe chamber, which are induced by the alternated electric field from electrodes in the driving electric circuit. The internal electric circuit has electron flow between separately accumulated charges of Xe+ and e? on the insulator particles in the Xe chamber; and Xe discharge is generated by the moving electrons in the Xe chamber. Phosphor screens coated on inner wall of the Xe chamber emit photoluminescence under irradiation of the vacuum ultraviolet lights emitted from Xe discharge in the Xe chamber.
