    Abstract: A novel semiconductor device structure includes a first-conductivity-type semiconductor substrate, an isolated region, a first-conductivity-type MOS region, and a second-conductivity-type MOS region. A first-conductivity-type MOS transistor locates in the first-conductivity-type MOS region with a second-conductivity-type well surrounding, and a first-conductivity-type deep well surrounding the second-conductivity-type well with a second-conductivity-type deep well surrounding. In the second-conductivity-type MOS region, a second-conductivity-type MOS transistor is formed with a first-conductivity-type well surrounding. The first-conductivity-type deep well and the second-conductivity-type deep well are sufficiently reducing the noise and current leakage from other devices or from the semiconductor substrate.

    Abstract: A method for controlling device feature sizes produced by polishing operations such as chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) is provided. The method includes instituting process controls to control the processing operations used in combination to produce features of a metal layer with a desired thickness, based on the thickness of the previous metal layer or layers. A target thickness for first and second metal layers is established. After the first metal layer is produced and the difference between the first metal target thickness and the actual first metal thickness is determined, the target thickness for the second metal features is adjusted. Once the target thickness for the second metal features is adjusted, each of the processing operations used to produce the second metal layer is controlled in combination to produce the second metal features with the adjusted target thickness.

    Abstract: A proximity sensing apparatus is provided. The proximity sensing apparatus includes an encoded signal transmission unit, an interference signal transmission unit and a reception unit. The encoded signal transmission unit transmits an encoded signal, and the interference signal transmission unit transmits an interference signal. The interference signal interferes with the encoded signal to generate an interfered signal. The reception unit receives a sensing signal and outputs the sensing signal to a signal processing unit. The sensing signal is either the interfered signal or the encoded signal. The signal processing unit is electrically connected to the reception unit, and determines whether the sensing signal matches the encoded signal. The signal processing unit further outputs a proximity signal when the sensing signal does not match the encoded signal.

    Abstract: A capturing method for a plurality of images with different view-angles and a capturing system using the same are provided. The capturing method for the images with different view-angles includes the following steps. An appearance image of an object is captured by an image capturing unit at a capturing angle. A light reflection area of the appearance image is detected by a detecting unit, and a dimension characteristic of the light reflection area is analyzed by the same. Whether the dimension characteristic of the light reflection area is larger than a first predetermined value is determined. If the dimension characteristic of the light reflection area is larger than the first predetermined value, then the capturing angle is adjusted within a first adjusting range. After the step of adjusting the capturing angle within a first adjusting range is performed, the step of capturing the appearance image is performed again.

First, an amine-ketimine compound is mixed with water to obtain a hydrophobic core dispersion, and then an organic siloxane compound and/or a coupling reagent is added into the hydrophobic core dispersion to form a core-shell silica dispersion. Then, the core-shell silica precipitate is separated from the core-shell silica dispersion, and then it is further dispersed and washed by a low carbon alcohol solution. Finally, hollow silica particles in accordance with the present invention are produced. In addition, the present invention also provides hollow silica particles produced by the afore-mentioned method without using any additional surfactant.
