Abstract: A system for controlling damages in cleaning a semiconductor wafer comprising features of patterned structures, the system comprising: a wafer holder for temporary restraining a semiconductor wafer during a cleaning process; an inlet for delivering a cleaning liquid over a surface of the semiconductor wafer; a sonic generator configured to alternately operate at a first frequency and a first power level for a first predetermined period of time and at a second frequency and a second power level for a second predetermined period of time, to impart sonic energy to the cleaning liquid, the first predetermined period of time and the second predetermined period of time consecutively following one another; and a controller programmed to provide the cleaning parameters, wherein at least one of the cleaning parameters is determined such that a percentage of damaged features as a result of the imparting sonic energy is lower than a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: The sensor arrangement structure includes a pulley that rotates about a rotation axis; and a sensor that detects rotation of the pulley. The pulley includes a fixed pulley, a movable pulley that can be displaced relative to the fixed pulley in a direction of the rotation axis, and a plunger defining an oil chamber on a back of the movable pulley. The plunger is provided with a detection target portion in a region that can be visually recognized from the direction of the rotation axis, and the sensor is provided on a support portion that rotatably supports the fixed pulley in a direction along the rotation axis and faces the region in which the detection target portion is provided.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a first transmission circuit and an anti-interference circuit. The first transmission circuit includes a first receive end, a first transmit end, and a first conversion module. The first conversion module is configured to convert a first-type signal in a signal received by the first receive end into a second-type signal to be sent by the first transmit end. The anti-interference circuit is configured to cancel the second-type signal in the signal received by the first receive end. The cancelled second-type signal is sent by the first transmit end and then received by the first receive end.

Abstract: An inter-network change method and apparatus, where a terminal determines second network slice information to which first network slice information is mapped. The first network slice information is information about a first network slice accessed by the terminal, the second network slice information is information about a second network slice, the first network slice is a network slice in a first network, and the second network slice is a network slice in a second network. The terminal sends a request message to the second network and receives an accept message returned by the second network, such that the terminal accesses a network slice identified by network slice information accepted by the second network. It can be learned that embodiments of the present disclosure can implement a handover operation between network slices of different networks.

Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and device. The method includes receiving a first traffic flow and sending the first traffic flow by using at least two QoS flows. The first traffic flow corresponds to an application transmitted by using the at least two QoS flows. For example, different QoS flows may be used to transmit data packets of different importance degrees. In this way, the data packets of different importance degrees can be separately controlled, for example, sending of a more important data packet is preferentially ensured, to improve transmission reliability of these data packets, and ensure service experience of a user.

Abstract: A communication method and device determines information of a data packet that fails to be transmitted in a first QoS flow. Some or all of the data packet that fails to be transmitted is discarded, and a sequence number is reset for an unsent data packet, so that the sequence number of the unsent data packet and a sequence number of a successfully sent data packet are consecutive. If the first QoS flow includes a data packet that fails to be transmitted, some or all of the data packet may be discarded. This is equivalent to skipping retransmitting a discarded data packet.

Abstract: A media service processing method, applied to an electronic device, includes providing, by an application running on the electronic device, a media service for a user, sending, to a server, request signaling requesting to send data of the media service to an intermediate storage unit, storing, in the intermediate storage unit, the data, moving the data from the intermediate storage unit to a target storage unit, wherein storage space of the intermediate storage unit is greater than storage space of the target storage unit, obtaining the data from the target storage unit, and playing the data.

The session release request message is used to request to release a first PDU session, the session modification request message is used to request to release a first quality of service (QoS) flow, and the first PDU session is one of existing PDU sessions in the UE. The preset condition includes at least one of: a quantity of existing PDU sessions in the UE reaching a first threshold; a quantity of data radio bearers (DRB)s associated with the existing PDU session in the UE reaching a second threshold; and a quantity of quality of service flows associated with the existing PDU session in the UE reaching a third threshold.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to cell measurement methods and devices. In one example method, a user equipment determines at least one first neighboring cell belonging to a first priority and/or at least one second neighboring cell belonging to a second priority among at least one neighboring cell adjacent to a serving cell of the user equipment, where the first priority is lower than the second priority. When the at least one neighboring cell includes the at least one first neighboring cell, the user equipment determines that a cell measurement policy includes measuring the at least one first neighboring cell in a plurality of discontinuous reception (DRX) cycles, where a time interval between two adjacent measurements on the first neighboring cell is greater than or equal to one DRX cycle. The user equipment measures the at least one neighboring cell according to the cell measurement policy.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide a session management method and system, and a terminal. The method includes: when user equipment UE has a first protocol data unit PDU session, sending, by the UE, a service request message to an access and mobility management function AMF entity; receiving, by the UE, a first message sent by the AMF entity; and determining, by the UE based on the first message, to re-establish or modify the first PDU session. In the embodiments of the present invention, the UE sends the service request message to the AMF entity, and then the AMF entity sends, to the UE, the first message used to determine to re-establish or modify the first PDU session.

Abstract: A heavy oil thermal recovery method based on staged injection of a supercritical multielement thermal fluid, comprising: extracting light crude oil in response to detecting that the oil storage stratum having an ignition temperature through preheating the oil storage stratum; increasing a temperature of the oil storage stratum through igniting heavy oil in the oil storage stratum having the ignition temperature; and injecting, sequence to heating the oil storage stratum to a required temperature, a multielement thermal fluid into the oil storage stratum, and extracting crude oil sequence to an operation of closing in. Reaction temperature is increased by heat released by the crude oil during combustion, and a supercritical state of water is reached. The addition of a catalyst can promote the reaction, and therefore, when the temperature drops below a critical point in partial regions, the catalyst can ensure the reaction is continuously and efficiently carried out.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for identifying an adverse event. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining first patient data; applying a machine learning model to the first patient data to identify information indicative of a first adverse event in the first patient data, in which the machine learning model is configured to: identify one or more named entities present in the first patient data; identify information indicative of the first adverse event based on the identified named entities; and output annotated patient data; obtaining feedback data on the annotated patient data, in which the feedback data is usable to refine the machine learning model; applying the refined machine learning model to second patient data to identify information indicative of a second adverse event in the second patient data; and providing information indicative of the second adverse events identified in the second patient data.

In an example method, a terminal device establishes a primary communication link with a network side device. The terminal device detects one or more other terminal devices, determines, from the one or more other terminal devices, one or more terminal devices as one or more coordinated communication devices, and notifies the network side device of information indicating that a coordinated communication device is used for coordinated communication. Abstract: An RRC connection release control method and an apparatus are applied to the field of mobile communication technologies and relate to the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning algorithms. Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a service processing method and device. The service processing method includes: receiving a first message, where the first message includes first information of a first network slice, a priority corresponding to the first information, second information of a second network slice, and a priority corresponding to the second information; and preferentially processing a service of the high-priority network slice based on the priorities when a service of the first network slice collides with a service of the second network slice.
