    Abstract: A method for etching silicon-containing films is disclosed. The method includes the steps of introducing a vapor of an iodine-containing etching compound into a reaction chamber containing a silicon-containing film on a substrate, wherein the iodine-containing etching compound has the formula CaHxFyIz, wherein a=1-3, x=0-6, y=1-7, z=1-2, x+y+z=4 when a=1, x+y+z=4 or 6 when a=2, and x+y+z=6 or 8 when a=3; introducing an inert gas into the reaction chamber; and activating a plasma to produce an activated iodine-containing etching compound capable of etching the silicon-containing film from the substrate.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and apparatus for pixel drive control, a display panel and a storage medium. The method includes generating a drive control signal based on display data of target columns of sub-pixels and corresponding target display brightnesses. The drive control signal includes sub-drive control signals having at least two duty cycles. The method includes controlling a pixel drive circuit to output a corresponding pixel drive signal based on the drive control signal. The pixel drive signal includes sub-drive signals having at least two duty cycles corresponding to respective sub-drive control signals. Embodiments of the present disclosure enables different rows of sub-pixels to be driven by signals having different duty cycles, thereby achieving adjustment of charging time for different rows of sub-pixels, to reduce charging difference for rows of sub-pixels and enable their display brightnesses to become uniform.

    Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for controlling a vehicle. Power may be provided to a cut-off valve in fluid communication between an automated control (AC) valve and a shuttle valve. The cut-off valve may be configured to open in response to the power, causing fluid communication between the AC valve and the shuttle valve. A vehicle autonomy system may modulate the AC valve to control a level of pressurized air provided from a pressurized air reservoir to a foundation brake via the AC valve and the shuttle valve. In response to an automated disengage signal, the cut-off valve may close to prevent pressurized air from reaching the shuttle valve via the AC valve and permit pressurized air to reach the shuttle valve via a pedal valve.

The cobalt mask layer exposes a portion of a gate material disposed on a substrate. The method further comprises (b) exposing the portion of the gate material to an etching gas mixture in a second mode to etch the portion of the gate material. The portion of the gate material is etched through openings defined in the cobalt mask layer and the portion of the gate material is etched at a greater rate than the cobalt mask layer having the passivation layer disposed thereon.

By mapping position in an operable area, operation on an area inoperable with one hand of user is realized, avoiding click-help from another hand and improving simplicity and efficiency of touch operations. Since there is no need to perform transformation operations such as zooming on first user interface, user can operate directly, reducing probability of error due to position error after transformation.
