    Abstract: Described is a process to clean up junction interfaces for fabricating semiconductor devices involving forming low-resistance electrical connections between vertically separated regions. An etch can be performed to remove silicon oxide on silicon surface at the bottom of a recessed feature. Described are methods and apparatus for etching up the bottom oxide of a hole or trench while minimizing the effects to the underlying epitaxial layer and to the dielectric layers on the field and the corners of metal gate structures. The method for etching features involves a reaction chamber equipped with a combination of capacitively coupled plasma and inductive coupled plasma. CHxFy gases and plasma are used to form protection layer, which enables the selectively etching of bottom silicon dioxide by NH3—NF3 plasma. Ideally, silicon oxide on EPI is removed to ensure low-resistance electric contact while the epitaxial layer and field/corner dielectric layers are—etched only minimally or not at all.

The color of the glass is controlled by adjusting the thickness of the layer A and the layer B in the layered structure. The Ti alloy layer has high reflectivity, which can make the colored glass bright in color, and has a certain protective and corrosion-resistant effect.

    Abstract: Pathogenic blood vessels are blood vessels that are not involved in the vascularization of normal organs but are in the pathogenic tissues such as the new blood vessels that drive vision diseases or the blood vessels in tumors that tumors depend on to survive. The current disclosure provides an advancement over typical anti-angiogenic strategies that target the generation of new blood vessels by providing compositions and methods that can selectively target and kill existing pathogenic blood vessels. The conventional antiangiogenic drugs or factors inhibit angiogenesis (the growth of new blood vessels), but cannot effectively kill existing pathogenic blood vessels. Agents, including small molecule compounds and antibodies, have been identified that bind to and activate PLXDC1 and PLXDC2 proteins, leading to effective killing of the endothelial cells in pathogenic blood vessels in vision diseases and in tumors that express these proteins.
