    Abstract: A harmonic information extraction circuit is provided. The harmonic information extraction circuit includes a sampling module, an amplitude regulation module and an envelope extraction module. The sampling module is electrically connected to signal terminals of an electronic equipment to acquire a first sampling signal, and generates a first output signal. The first sampling signal includes first and second target band signals and a non-target band signal. The amplitude regulation module receives the first output signal, adjust at least one of an amplitude of the first target band signal and an amplitude of the second target band signal for ensuring that a ratio of the amplitude of the first target band signal to the amplitude of the second target band signal falls within a preset range, and generates a second output signal. The envelope extraction module receives the second output signal and extracts an envelope of the second output signal.

The calculating is repeated for a plurality of pairs of nodes to obtain a plurality of shutdown intervals. The plurality of shutdown intervals is used in a shutdown of the system components. At least one system component represented by at least one node on a higher node level of the dependency tree is to be shut down prior to at least one other system component represented by at least one other node on a lower node level of the dependency tree.

The conductive contacts are formed on a surface of a molding layer facing a same side as the pads, and the conductive contacts are electrically connected to the pads respectively. The dielectric protection layer partially covers surfaces of the conductive contacts and of the molding layer. The flat package can be easily manufactured, as manufacturing the flat package consumes little time and cost. The flat package is small in its overall size, allowing the flat package to fit into a product for use.

    Abstract: A device is provided that can be rapidly decontaminated in response to exposure to toxic chemicals and biological materials. The device combines electroluminescence (EL) surfaces and panels with a reactive coating including a dye that acts to neutralize toxic chemical and biological materials. A current is applied to an EL display that has been coated with a fluorescent dye. The dye in turns converts nearby ambient oxygen to the more reactive singlet oxygen form that is responsible for the decontamination of toxic chemicals and agents in proximity to the device. Potential uses of the reactive decontamination device include surface panels of vehicles, exterior and interior surfaces of buildings, furniture, wands, and flexible surfaces such as tarps for tents, as well as fabrics and textiles, both woven and non-woven.

    Abstract: This application provides a rate matching method and a communication apparatus. A transmit end punctures an LDPC codeword based on a priority order of check bits of a mother code of an LDPC code. The priority order of the check bits of the mother code indicates a priority order of puncturing the check bits in a rate matching process, and the priority order is related to confidences of the check bits. The confidences of the check bits indicate degrees to which the check bits are affected by noise in a channel transmission process. In addition, puncturing the check bits can ensure restorability of a system variable node, and a check bit with a higher confidence is more likely to be correctly restored, so that more valid information can be provided for another system variable node during decoding iteration.
